Competitive rates. Technician answered all questions patiently. A full replacement of the HVAC system was scheduled just 2 days after inspection and completed before lunch. The area was spotless when they left. Great experience from start to finish.
Although technician was on the later end of the expected time arrival, he was very thorough in evaluating the system. Clearly put thought forward on first steps, next steps, etc. this is just the beginning of our A/C journey but so far it appears to be headed in a better direction.
A very good AC technician, who did a thorough checkup and cleaning of my system. I also like the on-line/ texting capability of Vanderford. It’s very convenient, being able to easily schedule and check on service appointments.
They just got done installing my new hot water heaters, they were quick efficient, friendly, professional, all the good things that you could say. Very happy with the experience!
So enjoyed the friendliness, honesty, and compassion shared with us by both gentlemen, our AC and plumbing rep, Angelo and Gregory. Both worked so hard for us in this immense heat to help us; it was greatly appreciated.
It started off great with the service Person, Dan I believe was his name. Some miscommunication since we went over so many options. The installers were fast, but forgot to adjust the fan right so they had someone come back out to adjust. I would definitely use them again.
Well to start with let's understand I normally will not waste my time doing a review. But after calling calling vanderford air at about 9:40 pm and speaking with a really profession lady the answering service then having there tech call me in less than 15 minutes hear what I had to tell him about what I know he had a good idea what the issue was said his gps said he was about and hour away and could head this way he was here in about and hour it was 98 degrees in the house and way hotter than that in the attic the tech had trouble shot the issue and replaced the needed part and had the air back up and running in about 30 minutes he was great to deal with the hole time Jay Hollar was the techs name knows his job and does it well would hope to get the same tech if I ever need one again let me know what kind of bill I was looking at as soon as he got started and kept me informed of what it was looking like can't say enough good about how well he done his job and his costumer service

My air conditioner stopped cooling my home and, after calling numerous other companies, all said it would be 2 - 3 days before they could get a technician to take a look at it. I called Vanderford and they had a tech out within the hour and after about 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very quick response and professional service. Both VERY necessary in this Texas heat! I highly recommend them for their quality and punctuality! Thank you!
Technician went almost immediately to the problem and made repairs just as fast. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I’d recommend and use them again.

Air went out Thursday night, tech came the next day and confirmed with us that our AC unit from 2006 and heater that was even older was officially dead (we knew it didn’t have much life left). Ben talked us through the purchase of a new unit and was able to add 2 new vents to bathrooms that had none (old house) and 2 air intakes in much better locations. We had planned to be out of town for five days and they were able to come in (with the help of a neighbor) and have unit completely up and running by Monday evening. Outstanding service. We highly recommend!!
They came earlier than planned, actually. And were professional and got our system working again within a few hours. Not too expensive for coming out, one of the lower costs for coming out to the house that we were quoted. Only downside was the overall price. But it was an average price for what is going to be charged these days. Houses are just expensive in general, so not much to be done about that. I would recommend them

Robert Vanderford is an exceptional Owner and his staff in office and in the field represent his company with First Class Professional Service. Dan Fry is his Manager who I’ve known for over 10 years and he exemplifies the Vanderford Air brand with exceptional Leadership and experience. Today I was served by a technician named Angelo Sanchez who was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed my service and validated my concerns. Great work Mr. Angelo you are appreciated for your customer service and support.
Have nothing but great feedback to give this company. My AC unit went out at my house (in 98deg Texas Heat) and they were able to get someone on site next morning to evaluate. Immediately after finding that the unit needed to be replaced they had boots on ground ready to install the new AC unit. Great people, especially Angelo!
