Osvaldo and his team came down and installed a new system. Worked hard and left about 9:30pm. He was unable to turn on the heat as there was a part missing. Said that he made a notation and someone will return to fix the problem. Did a great job overall. Gilbert Magdaleno came down immediately and did a good job appraising the situation. Provided us with an estimate and recommended that a senior technician look at the old system to see if a new one is needed. Gave a great estimate on the repair nevertheless.
Our air conditioning stopped cooling the house early this morning and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Derrick was out here about 2 hrs later and the fix was an easy one. We were so impressed and will continue to use Strittmatter in the future! Thank you so much for your help Derrick!

Derrick did an awesome job coming to test my system, found the leak, helped me make it through the weekend and came promptly on Monday morning to take care of us. It was nice to work with someone and a company that cared more about getting the job done right, than making a buck.

We came home from an extended vacation to find major water damage from an upstairs bathroom that had leaked through the ceiling into our downstairs living room. It turns out the sink that flooded shared a drainage pipe with the A/C unit, and it had become clogged. Strittmatter had someone out to our house in less than an hour. Cody was professional and friendly and got the clog taken care of quickly (thank you, Cody!)! I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!

Jay solved a drain issue that I have been dealing with for quite sometime. He very patiently explained things and did a very thorough job. He also was neat and orderly as he worked which I appreciated.
Toby was punctual and professional. He assessed my plumbing problem, provided me with the best and worst outcomes and the cost of each. Luckily, it was the least difficult and least labor intensive. He provided me with post job advice, cleaned the area and was on to his next job. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone in need of a great plumber.
During the summer of last year which was scorching, my 28 year old system died. I had them to look at it prior and small parts were replaced; lasted a few days. I got the Easy Comfort plan and the entire HVAC plus new duct work was installed. It was the best decision I made since taking over my mother's home. They even reimbursed the small parts repair bill. The service personnel are always professional and polite. The customer service personnel are always extremely polite and helpful. Most importantly, this is one thing I don't have to worry about not only for myself, but for my daughter when she takes over the property in the future.
