Raul was fantastic and professional! Great Service!
I called Pronto Air due to some leaking water in my unit, and I am very impressed. I had been using one of the bigger "family" companies in town, but I suspected and heard rumors that they might not be so "family" anymore. The sad reality of business is that sometimes companies get too big at the customers' expense, so I always like to reevaluate my options every so often. Pronto Air hits that sweet spot between being small yet also professional. Raul took time to answer my questions over the phone, and he was very transparent about costs. He arrived the next day on time, and even added a clamp to my drain pipe so I can easily clean it next time. The price was very reasonable and he was quite friendly. This was just a small repair, but my A/C is old and when the time comes for bigger repairs, I will be calling Pronto Air. Thanks Pronto!
A.c. went out this morning and he came 2 hours after I called. Excellent work. He also works on mobile homes which is hard o find sometimes. Highly recommend.
My AC quit cooling 3 days ago. I called a few local companies, support local!, and everyone did not have any availability for the next 4 days later. I still haven't heard back from one of the bigger players in town! A coworker recommended Raul and when I reached out to him, he responded immediately. Although he wasn't available that day, he was able to come out the next morning. I could've repaired my system myself but could not find the parts locally and wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong, so I went ahead & booked him. He was on time, in fact he showed up early!!! What was refreshing about Raul is that he didn't try to upsell me on anything. My system is 22 years old and the repairs were minor and normal wear & tear items. Needless to say, Raul & Pronto Air will be my go to HVAC technician from now on. Excellent communications, honest, reliable, and very reasonable!!! Love fantabulous customer service!!! Thank you!!!

I had an appointment with another company that couldn’t squeeze me in until after the weekend and noticed his van at the neighbor’s house. I figured it was a long shot to get an appointment before Monday but asked anyway. He came right over after finishing up the neighbor’s house, very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated his prompt attention and will be scheduling with him from now on for future needs!!

Best deal in town with The highest quality!! These guys are legit and will not rip you off sometimes they worked on my house for free since the job was so small they didn’t charge me a dime. If you live in the Denton area give them a try and that’s the only number you’ll ever use!!!
Raul was always available whenever we had questions and with my husbands working hours, sometimes that meant late at night. He was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Pronto Air.
Thank you Pronto Air!! We had a scary incident with our A/C Unit a few nights ago. I called Pronto Air the next morning since we have a mobile home and Raul came over as soon as he was done with the job he was on. It was fixed within the hour and the price was perfect!

I have had service several times over 4 years from this contractor and it has always been fast and reasonable, as well as effective. Everything he has repaired has stayed fixed.
Raul has serviced my AC and heating unit for the past 13 years and kept everything in good shape without expensive repairs. This is not a top of the line system, but with yearly inspections, he's managed to keep the unit is good working condition. I expect one day I will have to replace everything because of the heavy use it gets, but with good service we've avoided that expense so far....fingers crossed!
Pronto Air is great, called them late yesterday (on a Sunday) and they showed up first thing the next morning at the scheduled appointment time. Raul is very courteous and answered any questions I had, he had the AC up and running in no time at all and the house is now cool again.
I use these folks for my bi-annual check ups and recently the installation of a new system. It's a family run business that is punctual, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your hvac needs.
