Decided to use PHI after meeting with the owners son for a new quote, he really was knowledgeable about the system and was able to guide us to pick our new unit. They were a bit more expensive than the competitor, but made us feel comfortable spending the extra amount for the better product and better warranty. There have been a few things pop up with the new install, but they have been very attentive and come out quickly every time we've needed them.
The appointment was set for 8 AM because I had to be at work early that day and a vehicle needed to be moved from the garage to access the attic. The tech showed up a little after 9 AM with no call or text to give a notice of the delay. The winter maintenance call amounted to pouring some sort of drain cleaner down the condensation line in the attic, checking the filter, and checking the heating element. He worked fast once he got there.
Chris was terrific!! Very professional, friendly, and efficient,and happy to have him in our home.

Just had the winter checkup for our system. The technician was EARLY and spent an hour checking everything thoroughly. Very professional and knowledgeable staff.
Called late at night about heater being out and their on-call person (turned out to be Chris the technician) answered and made note for them to call back in the morning. Got the call back and schedule a same day appointment for a few hours later. The technician Chris was very prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable of the maintenance required and was able to get educate me on how i might be able to resolve the issue myself in the future. Will definitely use their services again.

Phi in Gainesville Tx is an excellent company to go with for any heating and cooling system you may need . And we recommend them to everyone we are very happy and secure with them as our choice for our ac/ heating system . We are super cold in the summer and very warm and cozy in the winter . Service Technician was Very prompt, professional, courteous, on-time, and diagnosed it right the first time. The HVAC Works better than the first time it was operating and I was educated to the features I didn't know it had. I definitely will use them again! Thank you!
This company is amazing. First of all Chris came to our house at 1:00am , yes you read that correctly 1:00 am. He diagnosed our AC very quickly found the problem. He did not have the part but he went first thing in the morning to get it. His wing man Champs of all Champs Derrik finished up the job. He got the part came to our house installed it and got us back up and running in no time. The customer service and teamwork is amazing. Great job 👏 both of these Techs are amazing. Hopefully I won't have to use them again soon but when I do need AC repairs I'll be calling PHI.

I was in a bind last February just before our big freeze. Fortunately, PHI dispatched a technician immediately and repaired my central heating system and even did a followup to insure all was wirking. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: August 6, my air conditioner died, so I called PHI again and, a couple hours later a technician showed up and saved us from 100 degree summer days. These guys are AWESOME.
