The best experience I have ever had when needing my AC fixed. I will definitely use them again in the future.
My husband called on a Monday and by Tuesday James was at our house diagnosing the issue with our AC units. Our units were 15 years old, so it was time to replace them. James went over our options and helped us make the best decision for our money. I am currently basking in a cool 73° house thanks to the installation crews! Thank you to Logan, Manny, Hector, Caleb, Steven, George, and Isaiah for your professionalism, promptness and efficiency. Additional review: My husband has been in construction all his life and he said, “it’s not a matter of if something will go wrong, but when it will go wrong and customer service makes ALL the difference!” We ended up having a warranty issue on a holiday which James was able to come out and diagnose. The next day Drew and Mandy were in contact with us multiple times to keep us updated on the status of our unit. Long story short, something we thought could take 5-7 days ended up being less than 48 hours. George was very thorough with the warranty needs and he and Caleb got us all taken care of and in a cool house again! Thanks for the great customer service!
James is such a great guy to have working on your HVAC unit. He really makes you feel confident in repairing these major types of issues. Not cheap, but these are the beautiful expenses of being a homeowner in Texas weather!
We've been customers of Force Home Services for many years. We've always been impressed by the promptness, reliability, professionalism and care their technicians and staff demonstrate in their dealings with us. Update Thursday 7/6/2023: We discovered the tank on one our our new toilets had sprung a leak today. Water was dripping from where the hose connected to the tank and collecting on the floor. We made a quick call to Force Home and they dispatched Michael A. to respond. He was literally here in minutes. It turned out that a fastener had simply worked loose. Michael had the problem fixed in just a few moments. We appreciated the rapid response! Fortunately, it was an easy fix. No more leaking. Thanks so much, Force Home. You folks are awesome! Update Tuesday 6/6/2023 and Thursday 6/8/2023: Michael A. performed our annual plumbing inspection Tuesday and reviewed recommendations with us. Based on his recommendations, we opted to replace the aging toilets in our home with new ones. He provided several quotes for us to consider. We opted for to purchase replacements and have FHS install them. Michael A. and Michael B. installed them for us this morning and did a wonderful job. These guys are very courteous and very professional. We couldn't more pleased with their work and the support we have received from all the staff at FHS. Thanks, everyone! Update 3/13/2023: George performed our spring HVAC check on our Forever HVAC system today. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside portions of the systems and confirmed the condition was spotless. He tightened some loose insulation wrapping on one pipe in the attic, just as a precaution, but there were no problems. I went up in the attic with him and he showed me the exact spot as he taped up the wrapping. Filter was fine. Outside unit was fine. We chatted before he left and he brought me up to speed on how to ensure the drain pipe in the attic will stay clean during the months when the AC will b
So I was unfortunate to have my AC compressor burn out this summer and had Force come out to fix my system. Oh … a couple of details worth mentioning. A different installed first installed the unit when the house was being newly built 3 years ago and has had to do warranty work twice since then. The parts are still under warranty, but the labor was not. NOW, having called them and having called Force, the cost was going to be the same (and as a new homeowner, it was a new “adjustment”) but Force wrapped the diagnostic fee and visit into the overall cost of the service where the original folks were not going to. Plus, the response time, the availability, having a local presence, the relative ease the office staff had in helping find solutions for financing or working through scheduling … it all showed me that this was the right choice to go with. I have all my ductwork replaced in my attic and added insulation to my attic manual Hector and Caleb were the most professional people as always Larry who is the person of contact is also very professional, and always courteous. They go above and beyond I would highly recommend this company, Force Home Services to anybody and everybody and I have.
Been dealing with these guys for years. They installed an A/C, a mini-split (which kinda sucks, but I think it's the design of the machine), numerous faucet issues, drain problems, and a near complete re-pipe of our drain line. Not one bit of this would I call cheap, but that's just how it goes. The main thing is that when they say they'll be there, they are. Always responsive. That's what you want when there's water all over your floor.
Sent me photos of the issues and repairs. Very responsive and had the issue fixed in less than 24hrs. Used them several times. Great Company.

Installation of new heating unit blower motor. Installation excellent. All my questions patiently listened to and articulately answered! He is regarded as a Super Hero by our small church congregation! I appreciate all of the Force Home Services team we come in contact with!! Li was fantastic!! He and Logan came in did maintenance fixed an issue working in about 30 minutes and explained in clear detail about what was done and needed to be done in future. Excellent service and an excellent techs!!! Just an overall excellent company to do business with.

We discovered a leak in our shower that was inside the wall and draining onto the floor. I called FHS and they had a plumber out within an hour. Jax (the plumber) was great - professional, smart and very conscientious. He fixed the problem within the time estimated and for a very fair price considering the amount of work it took. He also cleaned up the whole area despite much of the dust on the floor being due to me removing some drywall before he got there. Would highly recommend.

I have used Home Force Services a few times. The workers that come, they care always so friendly. Cody is an exceptionally good worker. He came to flush my water heater out, and without question, he explained everything he was going to do and how. I watched as he worked and let me tell you, he knows his business. When he left, the water heater was working great. Thank you, Cody for your help and for the work that you do. I would recommend this Company to anyone. They do great work!!!!!! I'm one happy customer 😍.

Jax came to my house to fix a few plumbing issues. Forced was prompt with all communications and Jax was thorough with all repairs. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely use them for plumbing services again.
