Let me start by saying WOW!! My A/C went out on Monday in this Texas triple digit weather. My first quote was over $12k . Cogburns came out after hours and was over $3.4K less annnnnd installed Wednesday morning, even being understaffed! The tech Roger was super polite, kind and curteous . Heck, even the dog loves him. I felt comfortable leaving my home to handle other business and he's a champ.!! I couldn't ask for better service or install timing. Byron did above and beyond to handle my needs quickly, efficiently and with an amazing deal!! I couldn't have asked for more!! Highly satisfied with my service!
Called office and they found a time earlier than anticipated. Rick corrected my problem quickly and was very professional. Would recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank you 👍

Worse quote I have ever seen… nowhere in the world is Amana considered better than a Trane or Carrier product, or even considered on the same playing field.. that is just pure fact, but yet I was quoted $8-$10k over a Trane quote, lol..
The technician , as always, is very efficient yet friendly. He answered all our questions. We have been a customer for years and plan to continue.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, TRUST ME. Every interaction with this company is horribly unprofessional. I had a tech named James come out to look at my A/C unit that was broken, and he cussed the whole time he was inspecting it, and then just drove off after 10 minutes WITHOUT TELLING ME ANYTHING.
Performed a full system check on the HVAC system they installed less than a year ago. The tech explained everything in detail. Deemed it ready to go through our hot Texas summer! Good to have that peace of mind.
