I am now on the third AC/Heating system, all three were installed by Lester Air Conditioning. That kinda says how long I've been using Lester Air Conditioning. I wouldn't use any other AC company. I would recommend Lester Air Conditioning to everyone. My Daughter and friends also use Lester Air Conditioning.

They are honest and fair. If your AC still has any life left in it Mr. Lester will find it. He is upfront on all costs and the time it will take to fix it. When you have to replace the unit he gives you several options and tries to find the best fit for your needs at the lowest cost.

We called Mr. Lester out for a second opinion on whether we needed to replace our central air conditioning/heater. Our AC had quit working Sunday, Father’s Day. The company we called out said that one stage of our two stage fan motors had quit working and a fan motor needed replacement. As our unit is almost 10 years old, the technician talked to us about updating our whole system. He got the fan working on one stage so we could have cold air. He called the next day to tell us that the new two stage motor would be $1300. But, if we upgraded to a new system, he’d put the new fan in at no cost to keep us running until the new unit would be ready for install in August. We decided to get a second opinion. Mr. Lester checked everything out for us. Several years ago, the unit's coils had been replaced under warranty. Mr. Lester said the fan would work just fine on one stage and did not need to be replaced. But if we wanted a replacement, he could do it for half of the first quote. He also said there were years of life left on our current system and it could easily run another 5-8 years. He said everything looked great in the system we have. He recommended that if we decided we wanted to replace our system, we should wait until Fall, when there would be rebates from the manufacturer and electric company. Wow! He also offers an annual service policy. When our current service policy ends in September, we’ll be signing up with Lester AC! I’m telling all of our friends and family about this honest man and his company!
Air went out Wednesday evening around 6pm. Text Lester AC and had a service technician out by 11am on Thursday and the unit back up and running. Very professional service and honest diagnostics. I appreciate being given options for a quick fix at lower cost or longer term solutions with no sales pressure. Will continue to use Lester AC for all my HVAC needs.
My family has been using Lester Air Conditioning since the 70's. I know they are honest because in the past I have used them as a second option for the companies sent out by my home warranty. On every occasion, Lester was able to repair the unit when other companies try to sell us a replacement. This summer when the unit went out we called Lester first and unfortunately this time the unit could not be repaired. We were offered several different options. Once we decided on a system the work was done quickly and professionally. After the installation we had a minor issue with our wiring (not Lester's responsibility) and they came out the next day and fixed it.
