Decatur Heat & Air answered my call promptly and sent someone out within 30 minutes of me calling. They had my unit running in a short period of time. Scott was very personable, professional and polite. He walked me through the issues and options in an easy to understand manner. He cleaned up after himself and was overall great to work with.

Excellent service from Scott, the tech, who had my unit back to cooling in a short time. He explained the problem and gave recomendations to avoid future breakdowns. Very satisfied.
Within 15 minutes of my call to Decatur Heat and Air tech, Scott S. gave me a call and was at my door a half hour later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know my options. He was polite, prompt and kept me informed on what he was doing. I would recommend this company based on Scott’s performance and politeness.

Scott from Decatur Heat and Air came out after hours and replaced my compressor fan motor and pumped in some freon. He did great. He was super professional, thorough, and proficient at his job.
Need electrical installation. The first week was good and after that they were the most incompetent people ever when they gave me an estimate it was multiple projects crammed in the same task. I do not know what I would be paying for. I asked several times and every person transferred me to each other and they kept ending the phone call. I was glad they have a payment portal and scheduling system. I did that schedule LAST WEEK ?! And yet no reply from them. So I guess what this company does is just sit and be dumb.
Casey and Cole did a great job installing my new ac unit. While I hope not to need them anytime soon, but would use them again. Great job and thank you so much!!
