Excellent experienced Service Honest dependable and polite techs
Henscey Electric & Ac Conditioning did a great job. First time to use them and I’ve lived in liberty county (Dayton ).my ac unit hasn’t been Serviced in a while. I recently bought this current home I’m living in. Previous home owner did not take care of the Ac unit. I decided to use them and they did a great job. Very informative & showed up promptly. Really recommended them.
Always do a great job for a reasonable price.
Called on a Friday morning and had a new outside unit installed that day. Great service and great price.

At 1pm today 12/18 i watched one of the drivers rudely force an old timer out of the way almost making contact with him. the farmer had his blinker on and politely asking to merge. your driver kept looking out his passenger window purposely ignoring him. what a p.o.s. you can clearly see the farmer angling to merge. what courtesy you showed wow
Capacitor for AC went out on Friday and had to endure a hot weekend. Monday I call Henscey and they were out by the afternoon and repair was quick. The tech even cleaned my coils. They were fast, prompt, and I have my AC ruining again.
Never use these salespeople!!! They are not technicians all they try to do is sell you a new unit. Had them come out they charged me $485 for a diagnosis and some Freon. Their diagnoses was you need a completely new system inside and outside unit. Called the good people from COMFORT SQUAD their technicians diagnosed the issue was a stuck value and bad sensors. Had all that replace and now I’m back to blowing cold air. henscey...what a joke!!!!

Mike was very helpful when we were indecisive of exactly what we needed or even wanted in our new 50x100 shop. He was patient and walked us through the project. We appreciated him coming out last minute to give us quote. Went into the office to pay and Heather was polite and happy to assist.

Service tech is dishonest. The tech told me that I needed to get "Awesome stuff spray" in order to clean the coils because what they have on the truck does not work and only makes the coils smell good. I did as suggested and my husband came home and spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning the coils. I noticed later was charged $60.00 for the tech brushing the coils. WHICH HE DID NOT DO my husband did it! I was a repeat customer. I will never use these liars again and will spread far and wide not to use them. DISHONEST! - Amy Fant **UPDATE: I posted the above after my husband called on 7/25/16 and was told there would be no credit for the "coil brush". I just received a phone call , on 7/28/16, that they are in fact going to credit the $60.00 charged. I appreciate the credit since the work was never done.
I have used Henscey Electric & A/C Co. for 30 years for my home and for the business I work for. Both Pat and his employees are real professionals They are fast on complete installations, or for finding a problem and fixing it. I've had 2 homes done with no problems. At work, 3 systems were installed with the same satisfaction. It's a great company.
I keep Henscey on call to take care of any issues with my rental property in Dayton. The past few times I have used them, they have always made time to take care of the problem in <24 hours and had reasonable pricing. Recommended...
