First Class Air was amazing. They are very professional, responsible, and reliable. They made a very stressful situation manageable. D’Andre brought forth honesty, professionalism, and pride in protecting my home. I’ve never met a company willing to do all of the right things for a fair price, a hard-working team whom my family and I honestly appreciate for the work that they did! Del has been incredible to work with! We have called on him several times for various issues with our AC over the last year and each time he has been quick to get us on his schedule, almost as if we were his family and he was prioritizing our needs like his own! He is excellent at communicating when he will arrive or send a member of his team, and he maintains that same communication throughout his work by letting us know what he's doing and what his next steps are toward completion. His cost is reasonable and didn't break our bank. However, for the outstanding service he offers, we'd even be willing to pay more because his quality of work is worth it!! You will not go wrong with First Class Heating & Air!!!

D'Andre and team were professional, responsive, very thorough. We were in the process of moving into our place and had cleaners and other things lined up, so the window was narrow to get our Ducts cleaned. D'Andre understood the situation we were in and aligned schedules. Pat and Shayne were the dynamic duo that came (on time!) to do the work. Pat (who was the lead) took the time to explain things in a simple manner and walked me through, I asked a lot of questions so he was very patient with me. <<<< FeedBack >>>>: They did miss 2 vents (partially my fault), so I called D'Andre to provide feedback. D'Andre was very apologetic and wanted to make things right! He literally sent Pat and Shayne to correct things right after the job they were working on! I will say there are way too many shady companies in this business that use scare tactics to try and get you to spend / waste money, Not First Class Air & Restoration! Anytime I need HVAC, Duct work, I am calling D'Andre and team

My wife started exhibiting symptoms of mold exposure in our new home. After an at home test confirmed the presence, we reached out to this company for an evaluation and game plan. They were prompt and took care of the problem within days of us reaching out. We appreciate the honesty and thorough job we received. Would highly recommend.
The reason that I chose First Class was because they could deal with both the mold in the ducts/vents and also throughout the HVAC unit itself. I did not see another local company that combined those two services and I wanted an integrated solution to my problem. After their work, the inspection passed for no further mold. D'Andre was very patient with all my questions and provided logical and thorough answers. Patrick and team worked extremely hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Patrick takes great pride in his work and did a very high quality and efficient job. Our household was comprehensively protected against any harm from the process. First-Class lives up to their name. I was treated like first class. Gave me a way better price than any other company. Down-to-earth and Professional at the same time. I appreciate their workmanship. It was performed timely, and at the quoted price! Del walked me through the programmable thermostat and all the fancy features, so I could use it. I will definitely call ‘First Class Air’ every time and you should too!

Del and his team replaced our entire unit and cleaned all the ducts & vents. They were quick, efficient, and very clean. We have seen an immediate adjustment to our weekly analysis of electricity usage. I highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs.
