My neighbor had this company come out to replace their air condition recently and they ended up causing damage to my property which was a surprise. The workers that installed my neighbors air condition decided to use my property to more easily access their work site without my permission. In the course of doing so they managed to damage my fence, the tailgate of my truck, and violated my privacy by passing a bedroom window several times which I believe anyone would find unacceptable. The workers were going to leave without letting me know about this damage when i decided to check my security cameras and inspect my property to verify if anything was damaged. When i confronted the workers about this they didn't seem to concerned with the damage to my property and said that they would try and fix it then they had a chance but didn't know when that would be. I decided to file a police report since they not only damaged my property but had been trespassing in sensitive areas of my property for most of the day without any care as to my privacy. The workers could not be bothered to stay and speak with the officers and left for the day. One of the workers said he would have his boss call me about the repairs but I have not received that call as of the time i am writing this review. I guess the bottom line is that if you value your privacy and property and that of your neighbors you should probably think twice before hiring this company. ‼️‼️‼️07/07/2023 Update...‼️‼️‼️ This company has my contact info and they have had it since the time of the incident but refuse to contact me to make this right. Not sure what they are waiting on. Trespassing and property damage are not acceptable and refusing to repair property damage is just insult added to injury. Come on Triple A, make this right...
Communication is 🙌! Kyle was professional, courteous, informative, and friendly. We are happy we got someone so knowledgeable to come out today. Received our option plan and will be moving forward with what's needed.

Jerry came out to do some repairs and cleaning on our unit and so far was one of the best people from tripple a ac we’ve had come out to our house. He listened to my concerns and checked them out for me , he was super fast and efficient and I was actually cold when I slept last night which was been a first in this summer heat. He even went the extra mile and while he was waiting for his partner he helped us untangle some old dog leashes we haven’t been able to use in a while for our pups. That’s above and beyond
After coming home mid day to my air blowing hot, I called and was able to get Eric out within the hour. He was very courteous and professional. He gave us up front pricing and recommendations. He quickly replaced some parts and got us cool again. Highly recommend this business. You will not be disappointed.
Replacing a complete HVAC system is an unwanted expense in terms of money, time, and comfort. However, Tim my sales rep was outstanding. He took the time to explain my options and then make a choice that was good for me. I did not choose the cheapest option. I chose the option that was best for my home and my needs. Sam and Marcos installed the unit. They were on time, polite, professional, and made sure the work area remained clean. I appreciate the respect and care they showed my home. Finally, Jerry came out a week later for a final inspection. He was wonderful! I would recommend this company and their employees without reservation.
So my AC went out last night and I called around this morning for service. Mike from Triple A showed up and was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and repair right away. We will be returning customers and we recommend them. Thank you.
My old A/C system failed during this heat wave, and after calling several companies AAA was able to fit me in immediately. Mike B. The technician was courteous and professional and thoroughly explained every option available. I would recommend AAA to anyone needing service for their system.

Daitchoin was very professional and knowledgeable. His recommendations were on point and even though I didn’t like what I heard, system inefficiency due to age and corrosion, I really did appreciate his process of thoroughly explaining what he found and supplying the pictures and data he used to form his opinion. I highly recommend Triple A air conditioning and Daitchoin if you have the option!
Mike was on time, and got right to the root of the problem with my A/C unit. He got the new parts quickly and showed me where the problems were.
Kyle was very helpful and informative about what was going on. Had ccac come out and try to charge a whole new unit without digging into the problem. I’d pick these guys over them any day. Great service . Down to earth . Will definitely be my #1 choice from here on out

Daitchoin came and evaluated our issues. They took pictures and shared with us the concerns. We decided to purchase a new unit vs. repair. Daitchoin and Jacob arrived on time to began the work. We were very pleased with their work and the professionalism they exhibited.

Was blown away by the timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy provided by Mr. Daitchoin Bryant. He quickly assessed our A/C system issues and explained everything along the way. Still pondering which fix we'll go with, but we will use AAA and request Daitchoin no matter what fix we choose. Very well done thus far...more to follow. Update June 1, 2023. Had a new Ruud airhandler installed and couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Sam Cano and his team were timely, communicative, and provided top-notch workmanship in getting our HVAC system running like new. Outstanding overall experience with stellar attention to detail. For example, Sam noticed our existing outdoor unit (only four years old) was not anchored to its concrete pad and was rather easy to move. Without my saying a word, Sam went out of his way to anchor the unit to the pad, ensuring it won't move (and potentially cause damage) during stormy weather. Can't say one bad thing about Triple-A. Great service, great price. If you need professional HVAC service look no further!
Mike fixed the blower motor for my furnace that went out due to heat exhaustion with diligence and a little bit of improvisation. He got here just in time before my house got too hot. He was my hero today. Thank you!
I was very impressed with AAA technicians Jacob and Alex did a fantastic job on my AC system. They were very professional. I would highly recommend AAA air conditioning company. The technicians explain to me what they did with my duct system return and supply distribution of air seems very balanced. And also diagnosing the AC condensing outside unit. I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable. I also want to thank Tim Miller for coming over and giving me an estimation.
