Very happy with their CUSTOMER SERVICE! They came out to inspect/repair a mess that someone else made with my home unit. They were here early in the a.m. on a Saturday morning. Explained everything with pictures and knowledge. I used them as an inspector on one of my real estate transactions and that went very well too! I will not hesitate to recommend and use over and over again. It's refreshing to see a company who cares about CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU.
They came to my house after being recommended by one of the employees and I had to wait and call in just to get service after weeks of waiting. I have kids at my house and even after they came out and fixed it, my house won't break 85 degrees. Luckily the weather outside is worse so we are surviving but so much for a positive outcome. Won't be using them again. I will say that on a positive note the two gentleman that came out were professional and kind. For them I gave an extra star.

We have used Total Assurance for our HVAC needs for the last 6 yrs. Besides our regular maintenance we had them install our new system about 2 yrs ago. They have always been responsive at all hours if necessary. Recently Robert was by to do our summer check up on the system and he was spot on time, thorough, courteous and efficient.
Im a local home inspector, I use Total Assurance for my third party inspections as I truly trust their expertise and dependability. Our relationship has grown and I always recommend them to customers for repairs and installs. If you need repairs, maintenance, or installation of new systems these are the people.
Our AC unit needed to be replaced after calling many companies no one answered on a Saturday afternoon, well this company luckily did, Josh was on call and was sent to our home very nice young man he explained on great detail what needed to be done. By Monday afternoon we had a brand new unit working like a champ! Highly recommend.

I have used Total Assurance since I bought my new home. They have inspected my old system. They have installed my new system. Adam and the crew are always on time. They have come over on a Sunday night when I was having problems with my old system. I have recommended them to multiple people I know and all are happy with their service. They came highly recommended to me when I moved to Corpus, and I cannot recommend them more highly for all ac and heating needs.
In my 20 plus years of ministry you always look for companies that can take care of your issues and do it at affordable prices. Total Assurance is that type of company. Previously a tech from Total Assurance resolved an issue that at least 4 other companies tried to. Most recently they went above and beyond to get one of our units up and operational for an event we had this past Saturday even showing up at 8am on Saturday morning to get the job done. They even sent someone to get the part in Houston. I can't recommend them enough.

Adam with Total Assurance AC & Heating was awesome.He was on time and did a great job. He was very well knowledgeable about the system and explained everything and gave me options to take care of our old a/c unit. . I didn't feel pressured to add any other services but did get some good advice to extend the life of our old unit. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our system wasn’t cooling and we had water pooling on our living room floor. We contacted Total Assurance A/C & Heating and they came out that same day. The technician was prompt, polite and corrected our issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend and we will continue to use this company for all of our A/C & Heating needs!
