Thank you Tiger Heating & Air. They were beyond amazing with customer service pricing. In an industry where people get taken advantage of so much its so amazing to see a company that is transparent with all the charges and tells you the truth. Not only did the quickly fix and replace the components on the AC they also gave great tips on how to keep it clean. I will use this company from now on. A big thank you to Chris, Jason, and Ricky for keeping out family cool during summer.
Made arrangements to come out on a Friday, but got busy were not able to come on regular day, they worked with me to reschedule to following Monday. Tech showed up on time forgot a part needed but had delivered, was very efficient and seemed knowledable. Got the air handler coil cleaning done in good time, and had my unit up and running before the hot part of the day. Been working great ever since.
I’m super impressed with the service I received with Thomas. He was super professional, extremely knowledgeable. I will be making these guys my go to a/c company. I definitely recommend them.

Professional and good manner and attitude . Mr Christian Perez and other gentleman he came with just don’t remember his name . I mean they knew what is wrong with my Ac but they still making sure and check on unit before gone to the point!.they know all details about ac but just a bit pricey , but hey that’s what you get for good service!

Update: Ricardo came out and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to explain and answer all of my questions. Service has been excellent with Tiger and I maintain my five star review! Christian was awesome! Very polite, knowledgeable and quick. Everything was left cleaner than when he arrived. He is very good at what he does. I am very pleased with this company, along with this technician. Thank you for getting us back up and running!
Julian did an amazing job and was very professional. He answered all our questions and they fixed the ac fast.
Hottest day in months and ac goes out, very professional company from the people in the office to christian who came out and fixed the ac. Will definitely do business with them going forward. We ended up replacing the outside unit and Mathew did a phenomenal job very considerate work was done in professionally and timely. He even cleaned up everything when he was done. Will definitely recommend.

Professional service person arrived early, worked efficiently inside the unit, and attended to outdoor unit. Explained fully. Wore protective booties inside my home. I trust the service person and office staff.
Company responded quickly on a Sunday morning and the technician was very informative. They diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than an hour.
