They came out and basically told me I needed a whole brand new unit or they could convert because I had an R22which they don’t make anymore. I didn’t have $5000 on me so I said to wait. Luckily I did because a family friend came out next day to tell me that I had no freeon and compressor was fine. There was a small leak which was fixed. I slept in 90 degree heat because they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t tell me I had no freeon and that the cap for freeon was loose. He was insistent that my compressor was out and I needed to upgrade to 4-10A which we will eventually do but to not say I had no freeon and let me and my daughter lay like that. And we could’ve gone to a hotel but it was 9pm so we didn’t feel the need. . Got charged $95 and for nothing.
I really appreciated that this company answers the phone, even on weekends and holidays. I also appreciated that the tech got back with me shortly after the answering service took my call to update me on his status. Same day service was provided both times we needed them. He had all the parts we needed in his van and quickly repaired the issues we were having. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. This company earned our business for sure.
When I called the company, the young lady who answered the phone was professional. The technician, Jose, was friendly, professional and explained everything that he was preparing to do and explained everything that was done. He also explained that since I purchased the maintenance plan, tge visit was no cost to me. He made some recommendations for the next visit. I'm very satisfied with Swift.
The tech did a great job explaining everything that he was going to do. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. Will definitely save their number and use again when needed.

It was Sunday night and needed someone to come out at 9:00pm! They did! Very grateful even though they didn’t have the part to fix it. They came the next morning to finish the job.
Called the company to fix the AC unit that we had a warranty on. They said that their company didn’t exist anymore, but if we wanted they could check to see what was wrong for 100$. Don’t know what is going on with this company and why it “disappeared”. Take your business elsewhere
Swift Air techs responded quickly to an after-hours call and were able to get my AC up and running. The tech stayed even later to trace and identify the problem. They expedited a part and replaced it the following day. They went above and beyond to permanently repair the problem. I called them later to schedule the installation of a smart thermostat, and they quickly came out and quickly accomplished this even though it wasn’t an emergency. I give them an A+!

The generator was installed and it needs repair. We have not heard back for 3 weeks. What is the problem/delay?

Called Swift Air in the evening when our system was not cooling and they came out quickly and were able to fix our system in a matter of minutes, we even splurged and got our ducts cleaned within a couple of days! Great service! The tech explained the issue as well! Thank you!

When getting an estimate, I was told the technicians will do a fantastic job. The technicians did not appear knowledgeable, they had to call in a tech from a different HVAC company to explain things to them. The quality of the work was poor. When starting the new A/C system, a solder joint they had done, broke and my home filled up with a thick cloud of freon. Finally the owner and their lead tech came to finish up. They did a few things over that I pointed out. They have me a $300 house cleaning allowance for the freon. The following morning, a lady named Liz called me twice requesting payment, when I didn't even have their messes cleaned up yet. The woodwork on the air handler, cabinet, needs to be sanded and painted from the freon damage. I would not recommend!
