On a Friday this past August, our A/C stopped working. No compressor, no fan, nothing. We called another well known company in Corpus Christi who said they would be out first thing in the morning. They flaked on us - 2 days in a row. We called Mathews Sunday evening. They returned the call promptly and had a tech at our house by 8:30 Monday morning. As we suspected, we needed a whole new system. The Service Manager met with us on Monday to give us several options and the pricing that came with them. They didn’t have an install team available the next day, but we were back up and comfortably cool by 2:00pm Wednesday. The Service Manager checked in with us that day and a few days later they sent a tech out to be sure the equipment was running properly and to answer any questions we might have. Mathews Air Comfort Solutions handled our situation with complete professionalism and courtesy from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and value of their equipment, as well as the quality of their service.
I called Mathews while in a bind during Memorial weekend (Friday). 1 unit in house out, not cooling properly and original AC company could not see me till Tues. I called Mathews Saturday and were there promptly within 1 hr or so. Coil had a leak and would be covered by warranty from Lennox. By Sunday, the other unit was out, same problem. Got the coils ordered to be delivered Tues for work to begin, however, there was a delay in coils with backordering. Needless to say, after hearing about Lennox issues with class action, and unsure when Lennox would have coils for me...I decided to replace both units. Not worth the cost to keep adding Freon and will have same prob again (see lawsuit). The company was amazing, gave me an excellent price and came and installed both on same day. Guys working at my house for 8-9 hrs straight and were soo kind and hardworking. Since having these replaced, I have never had the problems I had with the Lennox. My home was only 4 1/2 years old (new build) and had already had to top of the Refrigerant on one side and always felt hot spots throughout the house. All those problems are significantly better. No longer mess with the thermostat like I had to before. I would def recommend using them. They work with their customers and trustworthy. They really did go above and beyond for me during those hot days of summer and time constraints. Hope this helps. Melinda

A HUGE Shout-Out to Air Comfort Solutions....My elderly mother's AC went out yesterday and they put her as priority due to her age and on oxygen. They were here on time this morning and it's cooling off quickly right now. Thank You Air Comfort Solutions...you're a lifesaver for sure !!!
Our old AC system started to give us problems and after asking John for some pricing options we decided to replace our system instead of throwing more money at it. Even in this extreme South Texas heat, Ben and Brian were able to replace our system entirely within a single day so we wouldn't be without AC any longer than necessary. They were professional, polite and did an outstanding job making sure to clean up before they left. We upgraded from the Rheem heat pump that came with the house to an American Standard heat pump and boy is it quiet. You can feel the air coming from the AC vents, but it is nowhere as loud as it was before.
Installers were very efficient, pricing was fair and all personnel were very courteous and thorough in answering questions.
They were great, very professional. They even came back a month after installation to inspect everything. I was very happy with their service.

What luck! Coordinating with companies long-distance to correct an issue with my son's aging ac while he's deployed wasn't easy. After 5 trips in 10 days and dealing with a warranty company and one other company; I finally hit the jack-pot. my neighbor in SA once lived in Corpus and spoke highly of the company. Contacted them after-hours and Tuesday; met Wednesday and installed Thursday. Professional, timely, fair and thorough; what more do you expect? I would recommend John and his crew to anyone who wants to be satisfied in the rear-view mirror.
