Customer focused company with excellent service from the call center to the techs. Darrell did a great job installing my faucets and shower/tub trims. He provided quality work for affordable prices. Derek did our AC maintenance provided with the shield plan. Both were genuine and professional. We will be using ccac for all our future plumbing and AC needs.
David showed up when he said he would and presented himself as clean and professional. His work and knowledge of a/c and wiring was top notch and he successfully diagnosed and repaired my problem.
Adam Spears failed to satisfactorily complete this job. Water level still exists in pan in north unit. Drain line apparently not clear due to water level in pan and 4" level seen in clear plastic line before lavoratory trap. PICURES provided. When I brought to his attention as he sat in service van getting ready to leave, his response was "he was not a plumber if I wanted him to get me one". Did not appreciate his response so I walked away. I feel someone needs to evaluate his work. As a retired Operations/Maintenance Supervisor I know a little something about quality work after 30 years of working for a local major refinery. He left his pliers, did not replace insulation on line, left a gallon container oo 5% Vinegar which he removed from my Ulitity Rm. inside without permission. Where is the other half of bottle ... not in garage or trash can. Did he dispose of it in my attic. I am a Disabled Vet so I am unable to get to the So. unit. However when he blew line out on that unit my wife had to clean the mess that came out of line. He never othered to check. But was ready to sell me on re-doing my drain line on North unit ... I DON'T THINK SO!
Thank you to John and the rest of the team at CCAR. Quick, fair, dependable. They did everything they said they were going to do in the timeline they set. There was one small issue that the team resolved to our complete satisfaction. They replaced our entire HVAC system and we have them scheduled to do add'l insulation in the attic (once it gets cooler) and add a mini-split system to our garage apartment as well.
We had another electrician start a job for us and didn’t finish the work. We really needed our dryer outlet working and were in a jam, I called and from the my first interaction with Victoria on the phone, to TJ our technician, it was a G-D send! They came out the same day and did the job in no time at all. Thank you for helping us and our clothes basket is happy as well!
Fabulous service and professional employees through our process. Our German Shepherd loved Joey and Kevin and the crew. My German Shepherd alerts us every time a Matthews CC commercial plays because she likes to talk to their dog through the TV. Jobe came by and educated us on our thermostat...great service and he was German Shepherd approved too.
The cost of tankless water heater flush was horrible. I believe they said we had to purchase parts(flushing kit) and then we did get to keep the kit and it looked like they used an old one. Almost $500. The plumber was nice but honestly feel pretty ripped off for what was done and it did not fix our problem which he couldn’t diagnose.
I would highly recommend this company to serve your HVAC needs. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Angel came in the morning to quickly diagnose the problem. David then came in the afternoon and repaired my unit in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
Frank did an outstanding job tracking down the major problem awhile making sure all other issues were taken care of. He explained everything and even showed compassion for having the compressor go out in the midst of all this heat.
Joey Chapa is expert-level A/C tech. So nice. Clearly communicates issues and is great, practical problem solver. He cares about his customers.
