Great place, great people.
I'm giving them an extra star because I think they might weight the one stars differently in the algorithm. Pretty sure They'll be under a 4 soon though. Especially with all these balls they're dropping. I'm sitting here in a hot office feeling like I'm back in norway having a sauna eating lutefisk. I guess I'll have to do it like they do over there and just never have AC! Hey at least its not 115° outside, or I'm not dead and in hell. Could definitely be worse. I could have to use this company again

Malek installed worst A/C we've ever had. A Trane. It came with the house we purchased new not 4 years ago. We did register equipment to get 10 extended warranty but that only covers parts not labor. Since the 1st year warranty ran out we've had to have it serviced 7 times. I would not recommend this company or the products they install.

Malek has shown up when I need them and has consistently been able to provide solutions. This is the most important thing to me. AC costs are never going to be cheap, but the Bill's have usually been reasonable.
Called Malek on a Sunday afternoon to repair my AC. Ruben quickly figured out the problem and had the fan motor replaced within the hour. We were very impressed with him and Malek.
I was inquiring a position they needed filled, the guy told me w/my 10 yr experience in steel fabrication he'd start me out at $15 an hr. so i showed up to look around, once he saw me, he quickly said i can pay you $10 an hr not the initial $15 that i would expect to do what he was asking (i could run this place easy), While the job description entailed Go to site Speck it to blue print Go back to shop Fabricate the parts Load it up Go back to site Install parts By myself for $10 an hr I don't know any respectable steel fabricator that would do that work for that low ball wage. He did seem aggravated and racist

I requested a new grill to replace the old damaged one. L. Whitt sent one via service tech, Porfie, of whom installed it having to trim the wall. He was very professional doing the job.
Placed service call with Cheryl. She was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. Daniel (tech) was out within 1-1/2 hours. Immediately diagnosed & fixed problem. Would highly recommend Malek & Daniel.
I’ve been using Malek Inc. for years on my residential home and this past weekend was the first time you gave me reason to cuss you. First off your tech miss diagnosis the problem which cost me the price of a circuit board that wasn’t needed. Then when I called to try and get somebody out to fix for the second time what should have been fixed the first time I was told the charge would be time and half. That’s just plain crap. Ended up having to call somebody else to get the job done correctly which the problem was solved and repaired. Apparently the little man is not important to you anymore.
