Fast response, expert diagnosis and fix, professional expert technician Justin was a miracle worker!
I'm not to happy with them was told 2 or 3 days now looking at a week or morepaid 5grand up front and already pulled other 13500 off credit card and they are not done. I bet they moved n to the next job already I didn't even get up to date units was told another week boy BBB getting contacted iknw this is bad but I'm getting screwed bet they are already doing someone else's home and mine isn't even completed not to happy .just getting the run around .was told they had everything. I could go on . VERY UNSATISFIED units are 4000+ im getting screwed on labor 13500

The response time and service provided was great! Robert the technician was polite and courteous getting my a/c back in business. A little pricey but worth it since some others I randomly called either didn't answer or couldn't make it out at the time I needed. Thanks again for your service.
I’ve been a residential customer for over 3 years now, they continue to exceed my expectations every time. The new system they installed 3 years ago is still running great, today’s service visit found no issues! The best thing I can say about the team is the engineering effort they put into a complex duct re-work about two years ago, existing 30+yr ducting had failed, causing many issues, and their unique solution saved me thousands and weeks of frustration. Justin, a tech who has been in my home several times (and really the whole team), is respectful and considerate of my family and pets.
I was very impressed with the installation of a new AC system! They provided a very clean install and even painted the AC cabinet. Very professional team (Eric and Juan) and they stayed until 10pm at night getting the job done. Eric S.

These guys are great! We had a semi-emergency where we had some guests staying in the house and the temperature was starting to hit 83°. We called around looking for someone to come out and take the call but nobody else would. Justin came out and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a detailed quote of what it would cost to fix everything and had it done within a couple of hours. Justin was very professional and set me up on a service plan so this issue won't come up again in the future. Logicool definitely was a lifesaver tonight and I highly recommend them!
Our family stayed in an airbnb in Corpus Christi and the a/c went out on Father’s Day weekend. Justin came out to fix the a/c quickly. He really saved the day.

Excellent company that I’ve used for years, highly recommend for transparent pricing and professional service. Edit: Had to have the company back to replace an already diagnosed failing capacitor after the system stopped working. Charged $408 for a very cheap part, including un-published "after hours" fee because it was on a Saturday, only after refusing to pay an additional "diagnostic fee". Use if you need someone right away, but expect to get soaked.
My AC was not working so Robert came to take a look at my AC unit and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much!

My ac busted on a Friday evening, and Logicool had Tyler the technician out here in 30 minutes and he fixed it pronto! Super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of ac repairs this summer!!!!

I was happy from the moment Amanda answered the phone, obviously with a smile. Shockingly, she said someone would be out today — and they were! (They even texted me when he was on his way, and included a photo so that I’d know he’s the real deal) Justin was quick, efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. He fixed a problem left by a different company and got our A/C working lickity-split! I couldn’t be happier with Logicool!
