There nice, until after they are paid to replace your air conditioning units. Then there attitude changes with repeated service call requests to fix there shoddy work. After the third unit. I've gone elsewhere. I should have learned sooner. Do you're self a favor and hire someone else. Just read Justice reply of complete lies. Firstly, I don't have a boyfriend that left me!!! Secondly I didn't cus anyone out Thirdly, they could have returned and fixed there shoddy work. But they choose not to. Buy from them and every unit will require some type of service from them every 3 to six months. Then see what happens????
I’ve been in contact w/Justice’s owner and technicians for some projects. Each time they were very professional, provided reasonable invoices, detailed explanations and were timely. Definitely recommend them.
Our house needed a new AC system and Justice Inc will be able to install a new one immediately!
Justice went above and beyond solving problems and creating the salon of my dreams. We had many set backs on things being up to code and they figured all of them out. I highly recommend if you have a project and you want perfection to use this company. Thanks again.
My HVAC was leaking through my ceiling, when I called the company both receptionists that i spoke to were very kind and got a tech at my home right away! The tech was very curious and respectful walked me through what was wrong and also fixed everything within a timely manor! I am overall pleased with the service I received! 10/10 Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Air Conditioning repairs in Ingleside Texas! I spoke to Christian. He was super helpful and explained everything perfectly to me during this very stressful time. Booking my appointment was super easy and convenient, call them you won’t regret it!
Worse company ever. AC was on 24/7 and would not shut off while the setting temp was never reached and they claim it was because its to hot outside lol. The tech submitted the report to my warranty company claiming everything was good, nothing was wrong with my AC. We reached out to my warranty comp again to request a different company to come take a look because we knew it was not normal for an ac to be on 24/7 without shutting off.. Well obviously something was wrong with the inside unit , its leaking and needs to be replace.! Thankfully this 2nd AC company that came out to check it out found the problem immediately and inside unit will be replaced. But now i have a damaged ceiling that i have to replace and that could've been avoided if Juctice Inc would’ve taken the time to fine the problem instead of just submitting a report that nothing was wrong ! All we wanted was for them to fix it not “condemn” the unit like you say,so please stop lying and stop calling your customers liars. Apparently Justice Inc dont know what they are doing cause if you did the problem would’ve been caught before it got worse. Pathetic..!!Everybody save yourself the headache and look else where ..!! -Ruben Velasquez
WARNING! Do not use this company's services whatsoever. We hired Justice Heating & Air Conditioning upon the warranty company's referral and my father's house was ruined by their inept employee. When my elderly father's air conditioning stopped working he had to call his warranty company for help and for some reason, Justice Heating & Air Conditioning is the company they use in the Corpus Christi area. The one repairman they sent out installed the coils in backwards and for several months water leakage slowly damaged the ceiling of our home without anyone's knowledge. The ceiling actually started to collect water and swell, eventually causing a drip. We didn't find out it was due to poor installation until an actual repairman came out to fix it and let us know. When confronted with this information, Jose stated, "go ahead and sue me!" then promptly hung up the phone. Needless to say we are in the process of suing. Please beware.
Very professional
The 2 technicians that came out to our house 2 days in a row, were friendly and diligent. They were sent by our home warranty people and overall we were pleased with their work. We are so thankful they were able to get our AC up and running again!
Very friendly staff! They came out to fix my AC shortly after the part arrived. My only complaint would be that they didn’t call when part was picked up a day later than initially said. However, they did come install same day and it took less than 15 min!

My air conditioner was not working so called Justice, they came out and checked out my unit and FOUND the problem! The tech was very knowledgeable and polite, I highly recommend this place...
We have used Justice for several years for all our heating and air conditioning needs. They take care of us promptly and efficiently. When we need help with heat/ac Justice is the only number we call.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Our church had a complete system installed, and it went out we could not get them to come back to check out what happened. They didn't return our calls or anything else. One of the worse company ever!!!!
I called about why 15 mins worked cost me 230.00. Wrong answers and info was incorrect. Never use them again

I never leave reviews but im very upset and it's hard to get me this upset. We had a tech come out here on May 28 , said " he did testing" and found nothing wrong, that all components were working properly. I had an odd feeling about the guy cause he looked rushed but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Anyway all of June we kept batteling it out with this texas heat still wondering how nothing is cooling, yet the tech said it's good to go. We couldnt take the heat anymore and decided to spend some more money to get a second opinion and guess what?! The new tech was able to instantly see what was wrong. There was a Big leak that had been happening since before the guy from this company came out here. So Shame on you! He either didnt care and just wanted the money or truly does not know what hes doing!

I am so glad I decided to call Justice AC...I called acouple of other places after 6 PM, when I got home from work because my house was hot. Two places went open and one said I'd have to wait until the next day. The tech with Justice AC answered and came by and fixed the problem in less than an hour. And the cost didn't break the bank. Thank you Justice AC!
