Victor, the service technician, texted me he was on his way, was on time, and provided a very thorough inspection of my unit. He discussed what the issue was and how to fix the problem. He answered all my other questions. I would do business again with Interstate Refrigeration.
Absolutely never contact these people!! They will waste your time and then when you complain, mystery charges and parts start popping up.

Great reviews but obviously they are just customers being taken care of. This company came out to assess our cooling issue on October 3, 2022. The tech said when leaving they would get back with us on what needed to be done and a quote. Nov 3… a month later I contacted them to see what was going on. I was informed the service manager was waiting on pricing to work up our quote and they would get back with us. December 26,2022 we have not heard out of anyone. I have contacted a couple other A/C companies and it’s not a lack of parts so this situation must be an issue in management and a lack of taking care of customers!
Just a call and they were on the way to repair the ac system and did their job and left

After having AC issues for 2 months in the middle of a HOT Texas summer this company was sent out by the home warranty for where I'm renting. These guys were awesome, efficient, and incredibly friendly.

Interstate Refrigeration & Air Conditioning went above and beyond to make us feel valued. They were attentive and responsive from start to finish, providing updates continuously on the status of parts that had been ordered. Dean and Conner, their installation team, were extremely professional and polite. They worked hard to install the new unit and did an awesome job cleaning as they went. Overall, I'm very impressed and would happily do business with them again.
Preventive maintenance services appear to have been done but one month later my stop cooling and kept running.
Rick and Connor did an amazing job. Real nice guys and very professional. Very knowledgeable and answered my every questions. They went above and beyond. I would not have asked for any other company.

They worked on my mother-in-law‘s (71 yr old) AC unit the next morning it was 80° by 8:00 AM. I tried calling the business and no return call. Call his cell number on the business card. I get no answer or the phone is off. I paid him for 400.00 cash.
