I contacted this Company for AC Repairs, their pricing is great they are prompt and very professional. The tech that came to my house was awesome and Judy in the office is totally awesome and very helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for AC Repairs. Let's see where to begin 1st off their technician of 30 years thought that he knew what was wrong with my AC just by looking at it. When I told him we've changed multiple parts out he told me it was the condenser or compressor or whatever it is so I was gonna purchase a whole new unit. Thankfully we found another technician to come out and eat come out and he found the problem right away the problem was with the inside unit a fuse had blown. So when I call discount Air conditioning and heating They did not want to believe that their technician didn't do the job. So of course I asked for a refund because I paid a $115 for a technician that was only there 5 minutes. When I called back the receptionist bless her little heart. Got her feelings hurt because I wanted the refund they hung up on me multiple times didn't let me talk she thought I was being rude but not once did I cuss at her they just knew that their business was no good and their technician was no good I would not recommend these people to work with they are very rude especially the person that answers the phone I will be reporting It to the BBB.
Had home HVAC system replaced with new 4 ton 16 SEER Rheem. Very satisfied. They were honest with best price and performed quality work. Job was complete in 7 hours. No
This AC company was great. They live up to their name. Their prices were the best I have found. They consult with you and give you options. They don't try to replace things that don't need replacing. If they recommend something it is because you actually need it. They show up on time, honor their word, and they don't leave a mess. Their technicians are respectful and professional. I also will note I had a part go bad due to a power surge. The part was covered under warranty. I called them and they sent someone right out, and replaced the part under warranty with no charge. This is a good company. I highly recommend them.
They did a great job and were not in a hurry. They are very polite and courteous. They beat every quote I had recieved. I would recomend them to anyone needing A.C repair.
The technician Marton/Harton was very rude and unprofessional when asked what service was exactly done and if the problem was fixed. He flat out said “I can’t guarantee you it’s fixed” and still charged over $200 for a service that was done in about 30 minutes however the hours of labor logged on the invoice was 1.5, so we were clearly overcharged. Do yourself a favor and contact professional people that can guarantee you an honest service.
Owner and office manager came to check my unit and saved me a replacement. Great company , low prices and great employees to work around.
a very good experience, very friendly staff and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone they finished on the time I was told, and came in on budget. a professional and clean staff they took all the left over trash with them .we are very comfortable with our new air conditioning .
