I have used Annaville Air Conditioning for several years now for our home and rental properties and have been very pleased with their service. Marc is a top notch professional. Showed up right at 8, was friendly, got down to business immediately, explained things as he went, gave me advice on how to take care of issues, Demonstrated how Freon is measured! Reviewed invoice with me! And even was so patience with my two very spoiled dogs! Such a fine representation of Annaville AC and Heating! Job well done! So recommend this young man and company!

We were so happy with Annaville AC. They provided extremely prompt service when our AC went out. It was over 100 degrees and Thomas got it fixed and back on quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He answered all of my questions and was excellent at troubleshooting. I highly recommend Annaville AC. Edit: It was over 100 degrees another summer since I wrote the previous review and our outside unit capacitor broke. Marc came out early in the morning and got it up and running. I was very pleased yet again with the prompt and professional service.

Had my A/C go on the fritz during evening. Left message before 8am and shortly after 8 had call back and an approx appt time. They were able to come out sooner and worked out great. Bill was top notch in his service to my unit and it was back up and running in less than an hour.

4 stars just cause I believe the value of the service seemed a bit high for just a coil cleaning and pea trap service but other than that the quality of the service was excellent, thanks for helping my AC Run like new again.
