Pete Perez, the tech that was sent to do the maintenance call, was very through in explaining what he had done to improve the life of the unit. He was very helpful in explaining any questions I had. A very courteous and respectful young man. Was extremely pleased with his work.
Damien arrived within hours; he said he immediately knew the issue and corrected the problem.
We’ve used Aire Serve before. I called for what I believed was a quick fix and it was. A clogged condensation line. I made an appt for the following day, but when the in call tech Damien heard water, he was close by and I was fit in because they were able to get me in. Knowledgeable, curtious, professional. Solved my problem. I probably could have done it myself, but I didn’t want to go from bad to worse. He showed me how to correct this in my own and how to preventively stay a step ahead. I highly recommend AireServe.
The two guys that installed our mini splitters downstairs were here early, very courteous and extremely helpful to my husband moving boards out of the workbench so the workbench could be moved for the condensation lines. The cleanup process was impeccable, as well. Many thanks to Aire Serv for hiring true professionals.

Last year I switched my “go to” HVAC Service Company to AIRESERV. My experience with AIRESERV has been the best. Pete Perez has been our regular Service Technician and he certainly is a credit to this company. His work is first rate, and better yet, I trust his advice…he is technically very accomplished, and his professional ethics inspire customer confidence. After today’s visit I renewed my service contract for another year.
