During one of the hottest days here in Texas, with the heat advisory over 110 degrees, my air conditioner/ heat pump went bad on me. My husband called Deon Joseph and at 8pm Mr Joseph came and fixed our unit. I highly recommend Mr Joseph and the company for reasonable prices, advice and customer service.
Definitely the best hands down. My AC wasn’t working on Monday and by Wednesday I had a brand new system. He’s very professional and knowledgeable in his field of work and would highly recommend!!
System was progressively get worse over the last few years. Was happening so slowly I didn't realize I had a problem. AC finally quit working completely. Called late Friday and service technician was onsite within an hour and stayed until the job was done correctly (about 3 hours).
When I called for the service he responded right away and came within a few hours. He explained the problem before he fixed it. He stayed long enough to see the system was working properly and his service charge was reasonable. Overall I am very satisfied with his service.

Awesome craftsmanship and work. It isn't too often you meet a really good contractor in his trade these days. After having my tenants call me that the heat wasn't working during the freeze. Joseph and his team from Zhenaire came out to check the system the same day. They did everything they could on an almost 20 year old system but parts weren't available for the specific model for a few weeks. We opted to replace the system. They replaced the system in a days work. These guys really know these systems in and out. They were very polite,communicative, reasonably priced, showed me how to operate the system and do basic maintenance. Quite frankly above and beyond the scope of work they were hired to do. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for future hvac needs. 👌
Zhen Aire was prompt, courteous and efficient. After issues with my hot water heater, Tom came out the same day. Zhen Aire explained what the problem was and gave me an estimate. They replaced my water heater that was 12 years old in just a few hours and gave me some tips. I will be calling them for all my A/C and water heating needs. Thanks guys

I called Bushman on Father’s Day and he responded back immediately!! That’s good quality and reliable service. This company is the best AC company I have ever worked with, and it stinks to say but I’ve worked with a lot. I will Absolutley be using them for anything else I need. They explained everything to me so I understood. They didn’t just say I needed a whole new system to try and get money out of me. He explained all my options and helped me come up with the best choice for me. I would definitely use them again.
My 75 year old grandmother AC broke during the summer last year we called ZhenIre and they Immediately sent out a tech to replace her old AC unit. The work was fast and efficient. I highly recommend!
