Austin did the annual AC Check. Professional, efficient and friendly. I buy the annual service check which is definitely worth the money
Our air conditioning went out the morning of July 4. We called Coppell Heating and Air thinking there was no way our air conditioning would be fixed on July 4th and were already making plans to spend the night in a hotel. The person who took the call was very professional and said we would be contacted ASAP. We were. Braulio Meraz contacted us within the hour and said he could be out within 3 hours. He found the problem quickly and had it working in an hour or so. Thank you Coppell Heating and Air, your great employees, and your quick service on a holiday. We appreciate your company so much. We were blessed to be able to sleep in a cool home instead of a hotel room.
Braulio Marez made second effort to fix problem after first try didn’t work. He was on time, professional and shared thoughts on how to prevent issue in the future.
The technician, Braulio Meraz, that took care of our AC problem was awesome and fun to deal with, and Coppell Heating and Air was very responsive when we let them know we were having AC issues.
We have used Coppell AC/Heat for many years to install/maintain our home ac/heat unit and have always been very happy with their service. Today we used them again to install a mini-split unit in our garage. Joel (Jay) Short met with us several weeks ago to estimate the job and provided the electrical requirements that needed to be met before he could install the unit. After we had the new electrical circuit installed, Joel came out on this very hot day and installed the Samsung mini-split air/heat unit. As always Joel was professional and answered our questions throughout the day. The installation looks great both inside the garage and outside the house. Joel did an exemplary job! Thank you Coppell AC/Heat!!
Braulio was our service tech. He was very professional and made sure our hvac system was functioning well. I highly recommend both Braulio and Coppell Heating and Air Conditioning.
Truly great service- Andersen took the time to help us try and troubleshoot over the phone on a hot Sunday evening and saved us all time and money! Will absolutely be using them in future if needed and would recommend the same to anyone else!
My 4 year old A/C began to fail on Saturday afternoon. I couldn't reach the company who did the install so, on recommendation from a neighbor I contacted Coppell Heating and A/C on Monday morning. They scheduled a technician for Tuesday morning. The technician (Austin) showed up as scheduled. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He completely checked out the system, located and replaced the failed part and had my home cooling down in record time. I appreciate his and the company's courteous professionalism. Howard Kemp

Coppell Heat and Air installed our AC a few years ago and has done routine maintenance. Today, our AC stopped, thermostat went blank. It was a simple need of changing the batteries in the thermostat and waiting for the AC to come back on…but we didn’t know. Austin could have made us wait for him to get to us, but he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone. We’re so grateful for this family owned business and how well they have taken care of us! I highly recommend using them for your HVAC needs!! Top notch service and not trying to sell you things you don’t need!
Had AC check - excellent service from Austin.
Unsure about the quality of the repairs but the drivers are incredibly reckless. One of the drivers was speeding 15 miles/hour over the speed limit and quickly rushed into my lane and slammed on the brakes. When I honked to let him know I was there he proceeded to flip me off out the window. Incredibly unprofessional and would never use this service.

We have been a customer for over 20 years, from purchase of our systems to all the maintenance. The staff is professional and courteous and their employee retention appears to be very strong which says a lot. Would highly recommend.
Had new technician this time. Leo, he did an excellent job, had great customer service and technical skills. I'm asking that he becomes my service technician of choice for all future maintenance visits.
