We used to be afraid of air conditioning companies, but when our central unit stopped working last week in the middle of a heatwave we were glad to find AC cooling & heating. The company was recommended by neighbor who told us they never disappointed his home's occupants! They came out within an hour with professional tone voice on phone and diagnosed problem right away - having parts handy also made him happy since nobody wants their expensive A/C going down while it is so hot outside
Our AC stopping working at the worst time possible. They scheduled an appointment fairly quickly and tech came over and explained everything very well he was very honest. He explained everything in a manner that I could understand . Sent over a report as well. I scheduled another appointment and he Came a few days later and then fixed the AC. Thanks again
