TCS is our go-to A/C company. We have used them several times, and each time they take care of us like we are family. They come out quickly, fix the problem, and don’t charge us an arm and a leg. We will never use anyone else!
AC quit working on Sunday, with outside temperatures approaching 100 degrees F. Called, left a message expecting a call on Monday. Called back within a few minutes, technician came and fixed AC withing 1 hour.
New to TCS and will let family and friends know how professional Domino was. He was so knowledgeable and let us know exactly what was wrong. I will use him for all of my A/C issues.
Domino was great. He kept things simple and helped me prevent a bigger problem down the road. I am very glad that I called for service before things started failing
I call TCS right before 5 hoping they could get someone out for my air conditioner that had just stopped working. Luckily they were able to get Carlos out to access the situation which he did and was able to fix right then. Always fast service and fair pricing!! Highly recommend TCS Ac & Heating.

Unfortunately i must revise my review for TCS AC. About one week after the installation i decided to look up the Trane model number on the new unit that was installed. All communications before and through the installation confirmed a 5 ton AC unit would be and was installed. When checking the model number i confirmed they installed a 4 ton unit but charged me the 5 ton quoted price. When I called to get clarification they confirmed they installed a 4 ton and said the house was too small for the 5 ton. So they charged me the 5 ton price that was quoted but installed a 4 ton system. As of this writing they are not willing to refund the difference between the 4 ton and 5 ton systems that they quoted. To all.... watchout!!!!! Domino and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my existing ac/heating system. Protected all floor surfaces to keep our home clean during the work. Very clean. Corrected mistakes that Beazer Home builders did when our home was built only 6 years ago. Thank you Domino and your whole crew !!!!!
Domino came out, examined my system, gave me a detailed overview of everything, and made sure everything was working great! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really friendly.
Highly recommend TCS A/C and Heating. From the service call to equipment recommendations, professionalism was the norm. Once equipment and pricing were finalized, installation was set for the next day. Carlos and his team arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending TCS to my family, friends and neighbors. A huge thank you to the TCS team.

Carlos came out on Sunday to service my AC unit, which needed to be replaced. Crew was back out early Monday morning and did an outstanding job.Very professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.
The service we received from this company was outstanding. We had lightning strike behind our house that caused a lot of damage from a major fire, fried electronics and a damaged AC unit. Stress level has been pretty high to say the least. When I called TCS the scheduler answered all my questions, was friendly and had a crew out WITHIN THE HOUR. These guys pulled up, started taking things apart and had cold air blowing within 15 minutes. They continued to check out the rest of the system, educated us on future needs, were honest and charged a very fair price. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will absolutely use again!
I've had these folks out a couple of times now for emergency repairs on my grandparents A/C. We recieved same day service both times. I appreciated the technician keeping me informed as they diagnosed the problem. Thank y'all for the prompt and affordable service.

I must say that nothing makes me happier than seeing my daddy smile. My dad is 88 yrs old now, so you know when you tell someone of that age the cost of an new install for ac/heat it is unbelievable to them… Well Chad knew my dads concerns, but also knew my concerns with my parents being in the heat through the summers - it is incredible hot in their home. Chad did not want to allow another summer to come and them be without AC so he initiated an affordable install with my parents and gave them an incredible deal because off them being seniors and my dad being a veteran. Chad’s team were on time and very efficient and extremely knowledgeable of the product. They did a complete professional install and no mess left behind. Gave us complete hands on instructions on how to operate the equipment that they installed. The system is working amazingly and doing exactly as Chad said it would. If you need reliable, honest and hardworking team to do your install Chad and his crew are highly recommend not only by us but many others. His lead man Carlos is on point and very meticulous on making sure the unit was installed to perfection. Chad made sure my dad had a TRANE, which just made my dad so happy to have a quality unit. As my dad said in his happiness “you know, you cant stop a TRANE”. My daddy rested so good last night - Thank you to all that where involved in putting together and completing this project. Awesome team of guys showed up exactly when promised and did a complete system replacement in less than 3 hrs. Very professional and knowledgeable team , they kept me in the loop the with everything they did. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know.

Thank you, TCS AC & Heating, you installed a new AC system for me last year when I was in dire straits. Your service was very professional as well as compassionate with my situation at that time. Everything worked well until some culprit tampered with the operating system. Today's service was to repair the damage that was done, and it was accomplished with professionalism and care as before. These guys were great. They even cleaned the vents where some of the insulation had come through. Very polite and efficient. Domino and his crew are top notch 👌
