Reliable comes through again 😃 I have used reliable for the past 6 times I have needed anything done to my HVAC system. Always on time, always friendly, always professional and priced reasonable. Anytime I need something done that is HVAC related... definitely calling Reliable!!
We use Reliable Air & Heat for not only all of our rentals but also our personal home. They are fair and honest which seems so hard to find these days! They show up the day we call in marked vans and professional attire. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else! Highly recommend!
Robert and his crew at Reliable Air & Heat worked their magic on my ailing older AC unit and had me “chillin” again within an hour of my initial call! Great company, great people…they will always have my business!
Reliable Air was fast, courteous, professional, and helped us out with literally no notice. They squeezed us into there schedule arrived early and had the parts needed to fix repair the issue in that moment. The price was reasonable and we will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to others!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We requested that they come out to our house to perform their premium preventive maintenance service on our AC system, as well as check some things on our AC zone system. A representative came out and gave a quote for repair of the zone system, which included replacement of the entire zone system. There was a metal cover that had come off the attic HVAC unit that he would not reinstall. But, worst of all, he left without performing the maintenance, which was the most important thing to us. Update: Later in the day on 6/14/2023… After talking with the owner of the company, they refused to do the zone control work because I had left a negative review via the link they texted to me. There was nothing in my original review that isn’t accurate. It wasn’t until this afternoon that they tried to explain why they didn’t perform the Premium Maintenance I had requested. It was because they couldn’t perform the static pressure check (they still could have performed everything else). In lieu of that, we could have been offered the standard AC tuneup, which doesn’t include the static pressure check. Either way, no maintenance was performed, which was the main reason we wanted them at our house to begin with. 6/15/2023…. To clarify a few things: First, Reliable Air & Heat indicated that their technician “sealed” the 12x12” opening he found in the plenum. He simply placed a piece of wood, that we provided, over the opening. That, in no way, constitutes sealing the opening. Second, we asked that several things be checked on the zone system, including, but not limited to: Whether the bypass damper is adjusted properly (this is an old-style damper with the weighted arm). Whether the dampers have sufficient control power to operate. Whether the dampers were all working properly The technician found a disconnected damper wire (still disconnected), a damper and flex duct that have slightly started to disconnect from the plen

The Reliable Air & Heat Technician identified recent condensation that was not being captured in the drip basin. He recommended a permanent fix and returned with the materials to remedy--solving a potentially damaging situation to our home. Thank you Reliable Air & Heat!
I highly recommend these guys! The a/c had an issue that was not a usual one- it was a new construction issue and after a lot of possibilities eliminated, the problem was found and taken care of. There were 2 guys who spent an hour and a half and charged only $150. I am so glad to have found them and will be using them in the future!
So courteous and professional. We were in a real bind on a Friday as the temp in our office rose so did our panic lol. We couldn't be more grateful for their quick response excellent service and follow through. We will use them for all of our HVAC needs.

I've used this company twice. The first time required the replacing of a furnace fan and most recently the installation of a new thermostat. They were professional and provided great service.
Bruce Kelley is a great asset for Reliable Air and Heat. Very professional and knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He ran a complete system check and identified we had our thermostat settings set incorrectly and had the fan running constantly. opps ! So he showed how to correctly set the thermostat saving us electricity and ware on our fan. I recommend Reliable Air and Heat to anyone who wants honest people who offer reasonable price service on their HVAC system.
