New Post: Chris is great to work with. Bought new AC system and went very smooth. Erik the onsite mgr was very polite and communicative. Made extra pre install checks to ensure smooth installation. 5*'s ****** Diagnosed and repaired compressor. Let me witness the test and attempts to correct. Reasonable price on the replacement compressor and walked me through upgrade alternatives. Never pushy and worked to get best value solution.
I needed some work done on my mini split for my garage on short notice. I called several companies before I found HWS, and they all told me that they couldn't help me. HWS, was very helpful and quick to respond. I have added them to my list of preferred companies that I like to do business with.

Chris, was always immediately responsive to our calls and the technicians were professional, friendly, well-mannered, competent and took added precautions to keep our house clean. They were careful to explain our problem and the steps needed to correct our system as well as to help us navigate through our warranty company. We found HWS through our home warranty company and won’t hesitate to keep them as our A/C contractor long after our warranty has expired because of the trust and confidence we have in Chris and her team of technicians. HWS serviced our A/C, and, as always, did a great job. Chris is always prompt to call with updates, goes the extra mile to help, and is so polite. Our Tech, Matt, gets it done. He got our unit operational after being stuck in the attic on the hottest day of the year. He is also very courteous and was quick to clean up anything he tracked down from the attic. I will definitely use them again. Good company to have on your call list.
HWS went above and beyond to help me get my unit working again, I went through insurance so it took longer but they helped me stay on top of it with the insurance company to get it taken care of as soon as possible. There is no one else I will use in this area to do business with going forward.

HWS performed a yearly HVAC maintenance They arrived promptly and did a great job., My system needed some coolant that they were able to provide, and now I am set for our Texas long hot summers!

Very honest. Attempted to repair the A/C first instead of an immediate upsell. When the repair didn't seal the leak, HWS credited the time and materials towards the new A/C. They would have replaced the Evaporator Coil but we decided to replace the entire unit for the higher efficiency and better manufacturer warranty. Great company, highly recommend over some of the other companies that I engaged with their salesman vibes and higher pricing.
All I can say is I'm impressed.. The HWS team went above and beyond! Chris was extremely responsive and helpful in dealing with our home warranty company to repair BOTH our AC units that went out days apart. She returned all of my texts in a timely manner, kept me up to date on status of our service and the workers were professional and on time everytime. I will recommend them to my family and friends. We arrived at the office at 8:00 am, to find our AC was not working. It was already 83 degrees and climbing. Called HWS and they sent someone out to fix an hour later. Excellent service and response time.
