Having a problem with our A/C during the 4th of July weekend was AWFUL! We called Carl’s and they responded so quickly; within an hour their technician was here. Kagen was awesome! He diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit and 1 1/2 hours later our home is cool again! We highly recommend Carl’s fast response and quality work!!

I have had 3 companies try to fix my system, and this company fixed it on the first try. Very knowledgeable. Professional and efficient.
Im sure others have a pleasant experience with this company as i was recommended to give them a call. Im leaving a bad review due to the fact they just were very unprofessional. I set an appointment. They thab called and rescheduled because they had alot of work. Totally understandable. Then the day of i called to confirm. They then let me know i was pushed out another week because we were, and i quote " not as important as their other customers". They let me wait 4 days for an appointment they had no intentions of showing up to. Anyways take this review for what its worth.

Saved me over $10k. Our ac went out and we had another company come out. They wanted to charge us over 10k for a brand new system. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. Amber was great scheduling us and Keegan did a great job fixing the issue. I'd highly recommend calling Carl's quality cooling first, and if not at least have them give a second opinion.
Jordon came out and did a great job, he was polite and very professional.

I've been a customer for only 2+ years, and I wouldn't use anyone else. They are excellent in both getting the job done and customer service. They should be your first call when it comes to HVAC issues.
I have been using Carl’s Quality Cooling & Heating for a few years now, I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the technicians, not only do I use them for residential upkeep but now they service our business in The Woodlands. I would highly recommend their services.

Jordan did an amazing job! He got the job done quickly and had our A/C up and running in no time. He was kind. courteous, respectful and patiently answered all our questions. I hope that the next time I need someone to come to repair my A/C that it will be Jordan.
One of their vans came blowing through our school zone here in Woodforest. I called the number on the back of the van and shared my dash cam video of the incident. They didn't seem to care. We have a local AC place here that respects the rules and laws and the safety of our kids, and this place isn't it.
