I called originally to get a quote on a new system as mine was showing signs of quitting fairly soon. John Bartlett was the tech from Allied who pointed out that the system is in pretty good shape, did some diagnostics and made some modifications in drain lines and furnace housing that made water drainage work correctly and reduced noise. So I can say that honesty is a rare commodity in the AC business and when I do replace my system I will use Allied.
They had a technician at my house within an hour of me calling. Would recommend using them to anyone.
We discovered our AC wasn't working upstairs, at bedtime. I called Allied and they had someone here first thing in the morning. Right on time. Quick, concise and reasonably priced! They verified that the part was covered by insurance and I would definitely use them again.

Allied Air Condition Company are the best. My ac stopped blowing out cold air in the middle of the night, called them the next morning ,they came right out and fixed the problem!!!.They are professional, and knowledgeable.Will always have my business.
I really appreciate the speed and professionalism . They know what they are doing and I was expecting to hear that I might need to change the unit since it is old. But no, the technician went step by step and fixed it in no time . I know my old unit will die at some point . But my family was spared from this Texas heat wave For now . Thank you guys . My A/C quit on me in the beginning of summer on a Sunday. I did not want to spend the rest of the day and night without A/C. I called Allied and got the owner, Joe. He came out at the drop of a hat. As soon as he got here, he went straight to work and identified the problem within 10 minutes (bad capacitor, whatever that means). He replaced the part and the machine started working like a dream again. I'm a total newbie when it comes to home maintenance and dealing with contractors, which made me obviously vulnerable. But Joe did not take advantage of that vulnerability, and charged a lot cheaper than I was expecting and even gave me some good tips for future maintenance. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Came home this evening only to discover my A/C was completely out. I called Allied & left a voicemail at 5:25 pm. I received a call back from Joe at 5:38 pm. He told me he would be here within the hour. He arrived at 6:02, quickly identified the problem & got it repaired. This company will be my forever "go to" for all my HVAC needs!
