Are always quick to assess/solve the problem!
Because of the tornado yesterday, May 23, 2023, we had our downstairs A/C unit stop running. I called around 7pm to see if I could get a service personnel out. I got a prompt answer, and they could come out the next day. Mr. Ernest Lopez came to check out why my downstairs A/C was not running. It turns out it was the thermostat that needed replacing. He did a professional and thorough inspection before deciding where the problem was. He installed the Honeywell Thermostat after getting my approval. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. I have been using this company for over four years, and each time, they have been thorough and professional. Thank you for running a excellent company.

Top notch service from start to finish! Laura in the office was very responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond every step of the way. Work was excellent, repair man was knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. A bit pricey though.
AireServ was given our contract by the original company that installed a completely new heating and air conditioning system, including upgrading the BTU’s in the outside unit in August of 2019. We had trouble with it from shortly after the install. That company pulled out of the Houston area and gave us to AireServ. AireServ came out on a service call in April 2021 because of a problem and had to repair a number of problems that they discovered from the original install by the other company. I have nothing but praise for AireServ. Their office staff are courteous and professional. Their technicians observed Covid restrictions in place right now, and put our heating and air conditioning system back into working order.
Will was the technician. He was on time. Followed CDC regulations. Explained what he has done clearly. Fixed the problem completely. I truly appreciate the service that I received from this company and Will.

Aire Serv of The Woodlands is the absolute best value HVAC contractor and offers excellent service. We have been using them for years. They are the only contractor that we trust with the maintenance and repairs of our HVAC units. They are family owned and operate their business with integrity. That is something that is hard to find these days. You can trust that their techs are knowledgable, trustworthy and professional. They won't come out and try to talk down your system or try to convince into upgrading into something you won't need. Give them a call and relax.
Austin got my furnace working within 30 minutes. He had the parts in stock and was honest and professional. There are closer HVAC places to me but I have been using Aire Serv of the Woodlands for over 10 years. Thanks again!

Aire Serv of The Woodlands have come to our rescue several times! They are ALWAYS prompt, courteous and professional. Recently they fixed a long-standing ducting problem that our contractor did incorrectly on our remodel, and finally the house is comfortable! They are very reasonable with their rates as well. We recommend them unreservedly.

Sheryl and her team are wonderful to work with! I had a friend that had issues with her venting and dryer vent. They were over there fixing the issue within 24 hours making sure she was safe and sound.
I cannot say ENOUGH about Aire Serv of The Woodlands! They are by far the most polite , thorough and responsive people I’ve had the pleasure of using ! I have been their customer for quite a few years now and love the entire team! If you have a problem they work SO hard to get to you ASAP . They installed a new AC system for us a few years back and it has been wonderful ! We recently had Eric Perez as our technician to do our Spring AC check - what a polite and thorough young man ....I was very impressed with him !! Thank you Aire Serv for all you do !!
Highly Recommend! The service from AirServe of the Woodlands is top notch. They arrived on time as promised, worked with us through some issues, found the problem and remedied it very quickly. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for our home. The office staff was pleasant and easy to work with especially when it came down to scheduling. Best service we've ever had when it comes to our air conditioning needs. No need to look any futher. This is the company we will continue to use.
