Shaun did a great job, as soon as he showed up I knew we were in good hands he fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and this was on 4th of July!!! I highly recommend Air Tech of Conroe!
Matt was great. Came over and explained the situation. Even took time to play some guitar! Brett was awesome as well! Showed up early and worked his tail off in the heat. His efforts are much appreciated around this household! Isaac and the guys came over and got us all squared away with the ventilation, really appreciated them. Dana has been a big help as well staying in contact and keeping on top of things.

Awesome! Tyler was very thorough as always inspecting our AC system. He’s always been kind and honest with telling us exactly what we need to get done. We love the yearly checkups to make sure things don’t get out of control.

Anthony was our tech and he was wonderful. He was very nice and polite. Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable.
Our technician, Ulises Salazar-Soto, showed up on time (actually almost an hour early), and went straight to work. Was very courteous and listened to our issues about the new install. During the entire inspection he explained how the after-installation-inspection was progressing. He stayed until all of our concerns were addressed. No high pressure to upsell like other companies we’ve used in the past, who are more concerned with that than doing their job. We will welcome Ulises back when needed. Thanks, James Odle
Matt G. was my service technician and he was awesome. He was early, polite, and professional. He spent a good deal of time assessing the damage and didn’t quit until he discovered the solution. I highly recommend Air Tech of Conroe and the service Matt G. Provided. I should also mention, the female that answered my call to book the appt was pleasant and professional as well. She made sure I understood the whole process, what I should expect, and even recommended their subscription service.

My tech this time was Dana and he was excellent. I had a problem with my installation and he came out on a Sunday night and fixed the problem and noticed a air return problem that is being fixed. Great customer service with him and he has turned around a bad situation into a good one and has made me a very satisfied customer.

Air Tech of Conroe's technician, Tyler, came out to check on my HVAC unit not cooling. Coil had gone bad. There was some mix-up on my warranty paperwork by the the previous company Air Tech had acquired. Air Tech honored my warranty. Tyler was very informative and knowledgeable of my HVAC unit. Brett at Air Tech did the install of my coil. He too, was knowledgeable and professional in the installation. I would highly recommend.
Dana showed up promptly even though it was a last minute appointment. He went above and beyond to help me identify the problem (doesn’t appear to be the AC), and gave clear and concise next steps that I was able to use to get in touch with the correct service provider. Fantastic customer service!
I cannot thank Dana enough for his level of service provided!!! I can always count on Air Tech of Conroe to provide outstanding service. Shout-out to Lupita in the office for working hard to get me on the schedule!!! We are finally cool!
Dana was great. Very good knowledgeable person. He told and showed me everything he did and got my AC running great again.
