Even though it was a relatively small repair - they were prompt - same day - and did an awesome job explaining the issue and repairing it - as well as giving instructions to ensure we can prevent this from reoccurring. Thank you so much!
I tried to schedule service with this company and since I am a property manager, they asked me for a credit card on file, which was fine, and a W-9. I didn't understand why they wanted a W-9. I wanted to understand. A W-9 is usually requested when someone pays you, not when you pay someone. I spoke with Holly, their accountant and explained I've never heard of that and told her my experience with W-9's. When I told her I didn't understand why she needed that (and I was very polite), she became hostel and told me she had alot of problems with property managers, that she had an accounting degree and didn't need to be told what it was for. She copped an extremely bad attitude, was rude and unprofessional and I told her I didn't appreciate it. She told me, 'if I was going to be that way, they wouldn't service me' and hung on me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I asked a simple question...that was all!
This is probably the most customer friendly company I have ever seen. They showed up on a weekend call out, the prices was very reasonable. The technician took the time to fix someone else’s short comings. If I could rate them higher, I would.

Never gave a proposal and never returned to work.
After the horrible snow storm this week, we lost heat to our home and really needed someone to help us. I called McDaniel Air and they were quick to answer the phone and came out the SAME DAY to repair our heater. They are super affordable and the Technician, Ross, was fantastic! Thank y'all so much for everything!
McDaniels has installed and serviced our HVAC equipment for many years. Wouldn't use anyone else. Trustworthy. Gold standard customer service.
WOW, I stand corrected. There was another McDaniel (same name and everything) that I used. They were terrible but I accidently left the review for the wrong McDaniel. Many apologies. Hope all is well.
If you're looking for honest and dependable HVAC - this is it! Our unit wasn't cooling right and it got up to 86° in our house. They sent someone out same day (even though I called after lunch!) and they had the entire thing repaired by bedtime. The honesty and integrity that we encountered while dealing with them, was truly unlike anything we have ever seen before with any type of home repair company (and we've been homeowners for 13+ years). When we need to upgrade our entire system these guys will be first and only folks on our list to call!
Kent came out after we called on a Monday morning. The outside unit was making horrible noices and it was getting warmer inside. Kent not only saved the unit, he came inside and also showed us that our filter wasn't working. He advised us to replace the current filter with a specific one, and also checked other issues that could be wrong. Thank you to Kent and McDaniel for saving our AC. Will be using them again.

Can't say anything about their work on HVAC systems but considering their attitude with the general public, I wont ever be using them for work. They blocked the only driveway to an open and operating business and stood 15 feet away chatting around a truck and just watched as people tried to barely squeeze their vehicles through a tiny opening. May be petty on my part but I'm pretty laid back and things dont bother me normally but their complete disregard to the people around them bothered me.
Always prompt and have helped me numerous times after other companies have been out.
Great service and great people. I have some rental properties that they service as well as my personal residence. I have had a few situations where one of my AC units has gone out in the middle of summer and they respond quickly and efficiently to get it up and running or replaced as quickly as possible.
Amazing service and support for our business and home service needs. I cannot say enough about how great they have been, and how much we trust and depend on McDaniel's Air Conditioning & Heating. It can be difficult to find partners that you trust, but I know they would never steer us wrong. They come highly recommended.
They are quick to respond and friendly. It is a family owned business and you can tell they are proud to provide great service. They did all of our ac for our new build and we’re happy to answer all of our questions while keeping our tight budget in mind.
