We are a new customer of Milestone and I’m glad we decided to use them. The techs are very knowledgeable professional, and respectful. They don’t leave behind a mess and interacted with everyone in our home. Mason Taylor was awesome. He took care of our “warm” bedrooms and helped us really understand all recommendations without being pushy or slimy. Highly recommend Milestone and if I could have the same Tech even better.
Not only did they go above and beyond with scheduling a same day appointment for an electrician when our ac went out, but Marco fully evaluated the issue (and misdiagnosis by a different company) AND called himself to get us scheduled for the earliest appointment available. The commitment to customer excellence is apparent and very much appreciated. From this day forward, we will not use anyone BUT Milestone as well as recommend them to all we know.
Scot Clark was very professional , knowledgeable & super friendly guy. He gave me a great price on work needing done. He went into deep detail on what I need to bring my home up to code. Awesome experience!

I got to admit I was pretty disappointed. My house is 2007 ft and by every calculator you can find it takes a 3.5 to 4 ton unit. Milestone tried telling me that my home takes a 5 ton when two other companies said it took a 4 ton. They quoted me a price of $22,000 and said they can get it down to $18,000 and change. I said well you're still higher than the other estimate that I have. They then said I guarantee that those other companies won't do a quality job like we do and you're paying for quality. The other companies offered the same installation where they use Airline cable for the unit in the Attic and it's on a chassis and they use Mastic sealing and all the same thing same components. I ended up finding a company not as well known for $8,000 less and variable speed on the HV and AC and they do all the things that Milestone said they only do and no one else does. They charged me $1,300 for a simple motor and fan to get my unit up and running when it went out which is crazy high.Motors don't cost that much and neither do the aluminum fans that to go with them. I don't normally like to do things like this but I feel it's necessary because they not only tried to bad mouth other companies they tried to tell me that I had to have this type of unit or better yet try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. I thought it was very curious that when you use the same mathematics or calculations to figure out what type of tonnage and unit you need that they were the only outliers. These bigger companies are pricing themselves out of the market and reaping the benefits of it. Or suggest you look to the smaller companies who aren't going to try to make it bigger profit and sell you what you need at a reasonable cost.
Our tech Will Menzies was great. He explained the issue and went over everything in detail with me. Super informative and made sure I understood. Highly recommend Will and Milestone.

Update: We had a very unfortunate experience with Milestone. I’m hoping that is not the norm for others. I will say, when I reached out to them about all the issues, they were incredibly quick to respond and find a way to remedy the situation. I appreciate the management’s follow through.
Top notch service and attention to detail from our plumber and sales rep Chris. They even wore shoe covers while indoors so they wouldn’t get our floors dirty. They were not the cheapest quote we got for our water heater replacement, but they were the most thorough and transparent. Highly recommend!
Dustin did a great job for us! Fixed our issue and went over and above by giving us good advice and maintenance tips.
Will Menzies did a great job! It was an after hours call for air conditioner service on a sweltering day. He was so professional and so courteous after what must have been a very long day for him. Milestone personnel are the best, from phone call to finish!
Had a service technician come out for our AC being out. Technician gave my wife a quote for $768 to fix a dual capacitor. As he was about to get started my wife told him she wanted to get me on the phone to explain what he was going to do. After he explained the situation, I asked him why a $20 item and 10 minutes of time was going to cost $768. I immediately knew that he had try to take advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge. I told him that I also run a business. That you should definitely make a profit but this is crazy. I would have paid for $250 or $300 for that work even though it was simple. Needless to say, I told him to not touch the unit and I’ll get it taken care of somewhere else. I was pretty upset at the companies approach and mindset. I would recommend to always get multiple bids. I saved $600 getting it done somewhere else.
First time to use Milestone, but not the last. Both Milestone and the tech had great communication. The tech (Jacob) was very thorough and let me know what he found and what work should be done and what to be aware of in the future. A good experience all around.

Milestone called in advance and serviceman showed up timely. Performed necessary review and cleaned AC hose and checked overall equipment. Explained what he did and provided detailed receipt. Great experience!!!
Every time you replace parts, but you never found the real cause of the problem. Yesterday your tech replaced a part for $600 and the issue wasn’t there. I shouldn’t pay for that because we keep dealing with the problem. Moving to another company able to fix the “issues”
The technicians for this company are all great, but they have just been pushed the narrative of selling everything they can. I called them out for an air conditioner unit not running recently, the first quote was for $12,000 to replace the whole air-conditioning unit and air handler. There’s nothing wrong with the air handler. The second quote was replace the air-conditioning unit at a cost of $9000, I told them I just wanted to replace the compressor which was going to be $4500. Then he comes back in and tells me that my compressor is still under warranty so it would go down to $3600. I got two more estimates and had a replaced and it’s working fine for $1200
Mr. Perry was very thorough, professional, and explained every thing he found with my unit. Will happily recommend this company and technician to any homeowner needing HVAC repairs. Very impressed!
Outstanding service and response timing. Fixed A/C quickly and professionally. Jacob took time to explain his work and what he was doing to fix the problem to prevent recurrence.
