New to Red River County in the Cuthand Community. New to SEPTIC TANKS....and my troubles started on a Saturday....always on a weekend. I didn't contact Carson Quality Heat & Air because it didn't have "septic" in the company name. I'm working with a small yellow pages phone book. Called a BIG FANCY AD from a company out of Paris. Left message on machine. Here it is Monday almost midnight and they NEVER returned my call. Called another BIG AD Company out of Paris. Not the best customer service bedside phone manner. PLUS...couldn't tell me the COST to pump two 500 gallon tanks. Would only say it would cost a minimum of $400, with extra charges if hose footage to tanks from truck was more than 100 feet and they had to bring another hose to do job. YES...it was 160 ft. Extra charge if they had to locate. Extra charge if they had to dig. Extra charge depending on type of cover on tanks...whether it had to have complete top removed or had a plug. Extra charge for this and extra charge for that.....and...$120 per hour labor charge. Beginning to regret moving out to Cuthandsville...City Sewer had never seemed so appealing in the past. It seemed it was gonna cost in the $1,000 to $1,200 range at least....and the lady on the phone wouldn't even commit to that price range. Talked with a man I found in those yellow pages who is a plumber but doesn't have a pump truck; he contacts Carson Quality Heat & Air to do that on his jobs when needed. And this kind man gave me Casey Carson's name and phone number. Casey came right out with his crew. I questioned his "Jack of All Trades" qualifications....turns out...he IS a Casey of all trades! And at such a young age; been doing it since he's 15! Heat & Air, Septic, Plumbing, Electrical...Lord, there may have been more. Fast, great, and honest service, I will never use anyone else! You don't see that in companies these days someone who cares that they gave you a fair price, very affordable came out right away on a Saturday evening, great company, great guys, spotted that a different air conditioning company had given me the wrong part, now my lights don't blink hard when the unit kicks on. These guys know there stuff best part is they do more than just air conditioning so I will be using them again, and again new customer for life!! Thanks for piece of mind
