I had a new AC system put in my house a year and a half ago. Then we had a cold snap in my area and Michael Chandler (owner of Air Chandler) was visiting SC. He came to my house and discovered there were no heat strips ever installed in my unit. He had them installed within 30 minutes and everything is working great now. I can’t thank him enough.
Will never use any other company! It took them less than 2 hours to put in a unit and clean 12 ducts on a Saturday! Price, service, and information was amazing, thank you! As a homeowner the a/c isn’t work just call when you first need someone. Honestly, we spent so much more time looking for appliances when we needed them. Thanks again!
I made the mistake of hiring them, they never showed up on time, always a few days late. Rude, inconsiderate customer service, never finish work correctly & they discriminate & scam elderly customers. Do not trust or hire them.
Frank was super nice! He was professional and fixed my problem within 3 hrs. of me calling in. I can highly recommend this Co. From my calling them and Frank coming out to fix my problem they get 5 stars from me. Excellent in every way.
This was the best service I’ve ever had!! We were without ac in 100 degrees for a few weeks. The owner came right away on a Friday afternoon. Showed up Saturday morning at 11 with a brand new ac unit. Been wonderful ever since!!

After getting a quote over the phone, Tried two different times to get them to email my quote, so wife and I could discuss together! Nothing! Moving on to someone else!

Best service ever. The owner came out, 45 minutes after I placed the call, quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched the faulty item from his truck, installed it and, voila, the air conditioner was fixed. He also did not charge me for the service call. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. The company is local and I prefer to support local businesses.
One call does it all. We have 24 units that they take care of + a walk In freezer & refrigerator that they take care of for us, That doesn’t include the two unit I have @ home I used other competitors & they were dishonest & never showed up on tome. Called Mike with Air Chandelier came out on time. Been using him ever since. Can’t beat his team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM THANK Y’ALL FOR ALL YOU DO

Dont know what they are doing. Didnt do what i asked them to. They couldnt figure out that i needed txv on my heat pump, so tried to sell me a whole new system. When i said i would like a higher efficiency model they tried to tell me that no one makes a high efficiency model for my application. And high efficiency models are only for foam insulated homes. They do some of the proper tests but have no idea what they meant.

The owner came out and was on the problem immediately, I’ve called this company 3 different times and every-time they were professional and fixed our problem. I will definitely keep doing business with them and I recommend them to anyone.
Me and my wife recently had air Chandler clean out our AC ducks it had never been done before in the system was 30 years old they did an incredible job and even showed us before and after pictures they use a different method and is a lot more efficient than anybody else in East Texas. Will definitely recommend them
This is from a while ago but I thought I should leave a review. Before I moved into my new house the seller had a A/C problem so they called Air Chandler. They came out and charged the seller $400 dollars and told her it was just low on freon. And the problem was fixed. If a A/C is low on freon then there is a leak. So in two weeks time it wasn't blowing cold again. Called a reputable company and they had the problem narrowed down in about 10 minutes. It had a cracked coil. So I would go with a company that is knowledgeable about how the system works. Not one that just says add freon and its blowing cold now so it is fixed.
When I explained what my problem was, they instantly knew what was wrong and were able to get it taken care of quickly. The tech, Frank, was super sweet and helpful, plus he got everything working quickly.
So appreciate Mike Chandler and his team, even on a Sunday, came out and replaced my whole sytem by his award winning team in less than 40 minutes on Monday, couldnt get all the parts on a Sunday but man they nailed it. Thank you so much Mr. Chandler for keeping this ER Nurse goring
