Hunter has been to my house several times and I do appreciate his knowledge. I am having a new HVAC unit installed and he answered all of my questions. This young man is awesome. Hal's came highly recommended and this business does have a great reputation in this community. HVAC system wasn't working properly, not cooling. Hunter came out and assessed the problem right away. He had to order a part but assured me he would get it shipped asap and get me back cooling on Monday. Why did this have to happen on a Friday afternoon?! I got a call later from Hal's and was told if I needed a window unit to give them a call and they'd bring one or more out. They always take care of their customers. Hunter came back today with the part to fix my unit. He had it up and cooling in no time. I am so grateful he is my tech because he makes me feel very confident in his work. Thanks Hunter!!

👍AC went out at 4:00am on a Holliday weekend! Technician Mr. Whitaker was here by 8:30am and AC was fixed, cleaned and serviced by 9:30! 100% the best AC company we have ever felt with! Thank you for helping us enjoy the 4th of July without burning up! Billy & Faye
Bruce was very punctual and very friendly. He proved knowledgeable on this product. Enjoyed talking with him and will be using his company to install my home generator. I love to use hometown people and have used his business before and they have always proven to be efficient and no long time waiting for them to show at my home. Friendly, professional electrical and A/C service. Electrician arrived at the scheduled time and completed a list of tasks in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. Areas were cleaned and device instructions were explained when the job was completed. In a separate visit, office staff confirmed arrival time for AC service and sent a text with a photo of the technician. Technician provided good service and advice and did not charge for a consultation. Would definitely call them again.

After being without power for 5 days due to the recent storms, I noticed today my house was getting hot. I called and they tried to help me over the and when that didn’t work (mostly because I don’t know what I am doing) they had someone here within a couple of hours. Anytime we have ever called them they were super quick to have someone come out. That means a lot in the heatwave. I recommend them 100%!

Better than “on time”….try 3 days earlier than scheduled. Hunter knows what he’s doing for sure. This business doesn’t recommend any unnecessary work to be done just to try and make an extra buck. Turns out our A/C didn’t really have anything wrong with it, and Hunter carefully explained it to us. Use these guys!!
Anna came out to check out our GENERAC. She was so polite, professional and right on time. She was very knowledgeable about the GENERAC. If you need service give Hal’s a call! They we treat you right.

Friday 10pm and my AC is not working. I am so thankful for Sandy answering my call and Gavin for coming out to my rescue! Within 30 minutes Gavin was at my house working on the issue with my AC! He was very professional, kind, and thorough! If you do not have Hal’s member program, I highly recommend you check into it!
