Called and tech Jose was here in less than 15 minutes. Always extremely professional and courteous. System was recharged and cooling in less than an hour. Highly recommend Grizzle.

I have to say this company goes way above and beyond....I'm impressed with everyone I have come in contact with here..... the lady on the phone....super kind, funny, and listens to your issues before sending out the best A/C guys. James was the guy who came to my house....very polite and took alot of time explaining my issue and how to fix it....he went over his work several times making sure everything worked like it was supposed to....I will always recommend these guys for your A/C needs.....thank you so very much for all you do 🥰

Had a service today because my ac unit was no longer blowing as strong as it should. Jose showed up and was very professional throughout the whole visit. He was able to figure out that the unit just need a deep clean & took his time to make sure every piece was thoroughly cleaned and now it’s blowing like it’s brand new! He even showed me step by step so I can do these cleanings myself in the future. 100% satisfied with the service today, thanks Jose !

Jonathon Lofton was very professional and helpful. He did not try to upsell me on any system. I needed a new heat pump but I asked if I should replace the whole system to get the correct seer setting. He explained everything and did not push for the whole system but explained the benefits. He was very quick to text and answer phone calls even after hours and on the weekends (within seconds/minutes). I was torn between just a heat pump or going all in. He gave me several quotes and all within minutes of asking. It took me longer than needed to decide (15-16 days) but he was very patient as I asked more than my fair share of questions. He did research to determine if the system I chose was eligible for the new 2023 tax credit (I recommend asking about it). Jonathan also gave me several dates for install and it all went without a hitch. For reference I got 4 quotes from the Amarillo area and Grizzle was the best price I found between them. If you’re looking for excellent personable people and quick customer service I don’t think you could get better anywhere else. Also super happy so far with my choice. Thanks again, Jonathan. Edit: I had to edit this review. I forgot to mention. Zach Irvin and his guys installing the whole thing. They were on time and very respectful. They got the thing done in approximately 7 hours. That includes removing the old system and installing, calibrating, testing the new one. Also cleanup.
Jose did a great job with Grizzle, called for a spring a/c service check. Checked and filled freon to correct level and checked all electrical components. Also advised me of their service plan, left the choice to us if we want to purchase.
Grizzle Heating & Air is highly reccomended after my recent furnace, a/c, & complete duct replacement.
