I scheduled a repair and Cole was there a few hours later to perform the repair. Pleasant to speak with and friendly.
Prior to our appointment, Cole was in constant communication. Upon arrival he immediately went to work. He was courteous, informative, and exuded a genuine sense of friendliness!

Cole did an amazing job, was able to get here same day and communicated thoroughly. Was able to find out the issue, which was really a none issue in only a few moments and even took the time to check and make sure all the readings on the A/C unit were accurate despite only needing to reset a breaker. Don’t waste you time calling other service techs, call On-Time Air Conditioning, you’ll be very pleased with the customer service!
Called due to A/C not blowing cool. Startup capacitor was bad, and replaced by this company. Prompt service, courteous, quick repair but very expensive repair for a part (Amrad startup capacitor) that's widely available for $50-$70. The tech. was on-site for around 35 minutes and the total repair was $380. Once you're committed to the $140 visit charge, you're essentially committed to the repair.

Cole did a great job on my system maintenance and found a couple of issues that he repaired.

Great service, very responsive. Heater went out early am and it woke the house up in smoke. Called the fire department and ended up needing emergency service to restore heat. Called cole, he was open before 8 am (unlike his competitors 😆) and was out here before noon to fix and restore the heating system. Fair price and very knowledgeable, use this guy.
Doesn’t ever answer their phone or return call.
We live in the Dallas area and trust their services with our rental properties. Cole is the best! They are quick and responsive!

This guy is a pro! So much knowledge in air conditioning and heating got lucky he came out to help! Had two other companies come out and give me the run around. Cole came didn't B.S told me how it was fixed issue in a few hours. I am forever grateful! Wife is happy!
I have Choice Home warranty and On-Time was contracted to service my claim. They were quick to respond and were at my unit within 24hrs of my submitting the claim. The technician, Cole, was extremely responsive and sent me pictures as well as gave me a good explanation of the problem and the fix. I'm out of town owner and my tenant seems happy with the work. Cross my fingers that nothing breaks again soon but if it does, I'll be glad if Cole and On-Time service my property.
Cole got into a somewhat complicated project with our HVAC repair that required several return trips but he stayed after it until it was done right and did not drag it out. Was always prompt and great communication. Highly recommend!
