Guy in the picture of the other review showed up for maybe 10-15 minutes said our AC was low of refrigerant and claims he recharged it and said have a good day and left. The thermostat in the house didn’t change a single degree. He is unprofessional, and I didn’t pick this guy, go figure it’s who my home warranty company contracts out. I have already called the home warranty company and complained, no surprise he hasn’t turned in the report yet so I have to wait on the home warranty company, all while my home is still hot in Texas heat because of complete incompetence. Don’t use this “company” although it’s not a company, just a one man show. Will be reporting to the better business bureau
Tried running me off road then decided he would yell at me and acted extremely unprofessional. Sir, you have road rage and hopefully do not treat potential clients the way you acted today with a random bystander.
