Thanks for fixing my heating and ac unit service is fantastic. They understood my concerns and problems explaining everything. Even though it took a few trips out to our house. Yall fixed it and kept me nice and toasty during this freezing weather. Thanks once more.
does anyone else pay for the platinum service...Fix it for life fix it right.... I have been a platinum member for over 5 years. which means I did not only buy and have them install a brand new unit... the last two times they have been here they are now saying on top of the $38 I pay per month I will now have to pay over $100 each time they come for diagnostic unless it is the semi yearly check up...they have been here on the 10th and the 20th of this month alone . Just looking for advice!
I have a heat pump, worked fine all winter. Switched it to AC as the heat increased this May, and something clunked out. Did all of the troubleshooting myself with a meter and determined the issue to be the compressor on the outside exchange. Called airtemp and someone showed up, then barely did any troubleshooting and quoted me 14 thousand dollars. I REPEAT: 14 thousand dollars!!!!!!!!!! I ordered the compressor myself from ebay for 900, and a nice man from frost air sorted it, vacuum and flush, and filled it for less than 1,000 dollars. You guys are crooks.
Jared was great to work with. He allowed us to do some of the leg work to reduce our cost. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job. We will be using him in the future on other rental properties in the area.
They put an AC on my camper and ran a wire / conduit for an outdoor camper plug. The owner made certain I was well cared for. Now my brother David needs their assistance and hopefully the owner can control his electrician. We shall see.

I’m giving this rating based solely off the price I was quoted for the installation of a new system. The house was completely gutted, no ceiling sheet rock and zero obstructions to do attic/duct work. I was quoted $16,000 for the “best” system(14 seer, 2.5 ton Trane) and then 14k for the “good” system(14 Seer 2.5 Ton Bryant). I couldn’t believe my eyes. Especially since about 6 months earlier we had a 3 ton unit installed at my house next door, for about 6k, and the contractor drove 2 hours a day to do the work. He could’ve really cheated me since my wife had a baby during the installation and we literally had no heat mid-February. Needless to say, we didn’t pursue their services. Honest work is fairly priced; regardless of the situation. It’s been a year and a half since I last looked at this proposal and I came across it tonight. Made me feel like Air Temp was legitimately trying to screw me. I don’t know if that’s the case, but I’d love to hear the reasoning behind this clearly overinflated price. I certainly didn’t see a “lifetime warranty” on my proposal for the three different systems offered. I’m open to hear a rebuttal and apologize if the argument is sound. I hope that you can find me in your system! I’ll be glad to post the quote here, if you can’t.
Had to have air conditioning and furnace replaced in new home we just bought. They came out gave us a quote and had it replaced within a week. Steve was very professional and explained everything. Also had to have hot water replaced came following week got it done. We should have had them do the inspection on place before we bought it. Next time we will do that
Called for a kitchen plumbing problem. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. So glad I used them. We've had them work on other issues at our house before, and they've always been great. Highly recommend.
I called these guys Friday night right before the game and they were the only ones who would give me advice I needed. So l made an appointment for Monday and they showed up. The 28 dollar inspection was definitely worth it. The technician gave me more than one solution. Great people! The tech will be back to rewire tomorrow. Great service! Dave and helper Steve did great job rewiring the unit. They installed a thermostat too. Very fast and efficient, I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

I walked in to the office with no appointment. The lady there was very nice and told me they would work me in, if they could. They squeezed me in right after noon. Neither my A/C nor my heater was working due to my tenant messing it up. Deryl was awesome, he got it working, but then realized the fan was barely blowing, so he shut it down and pulled the fan out, only to realize that the tenant had evidently unplugged everything and plugged it back in incorrectly, along with several other plug ins. Deryl was very friendly and explained everything to me that he was doing. If I ever have a problem again, I will only use them. I highly recommend Air Temp Comfort Solutions! First off said I should think about a new unit. Price quote of$7000.Told me I needed freon and might need an $800 leak check if it leaks again. They charged the freon for$515 and left. It never stopped running and a few hrs later it was getting warm again. I called a different company and he found that air temp guys didn't tighten the connections back after charging and failed to put the brass caps back on and didn't clean the condenser unit. Maybe I've gotten cynical over the years, but I feel like they did it on purpose so they could come back and do an expensive leak check or talk me into a new unit. The second company said i didn't need a new unit. He also said the price of a new unit from them was a LOT less than that.
They sent two people out while I was at work and took advantage of my wife’s naivety by charging double for the labor. They told her they were almost done after an hour and then went to get parts and didn’t wrap it up for four hours. $150 dollar job cost over $700. Complete scam. Do not use these people. There are reputable folks around, I only called them because they initially installed the system. It would have almost been cheaper to have them replace the whole thing. Absolute crooks. Wish there was a way to give less than one star...or a poop emoticon instead of a star.
The worst company I ever deal with. Tech was very rude and they want to get paid for a problem they never even try to fix. Called Roberts and Petty and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. This company is a joke.
Worst customer service ever. Out of all the times I've called, my issues have NEVER been resolved. They are rude, condescending, and one time, straight up hung the phone up on me. The woman who runs the phones should be fired. This place is a joke, and an expensive one. I would never, ever, EVER use them again.
