Sadly I had issues with my a/c. Happily I was able to have this company come to the house. They showed up so much faster than ever expected. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took control of the problems immediately. They were excellent and went above and beyond with the services. I can not recommend them enough. Thank you!

I called TAC when i noticed that my ac was not cooling. The techs came out and told me that i needed have the indoor motor replaced and i asked them to do a coil wash. I was very satisfied with their service. Will be asking them to keep coming back. Will recommend to family and friends
Manager, Lupita, was extremely rude as well as the owner Rick. They claimed I cancelled an installation appointment and wanted to reschedule me for another day and time. When I offered to show them my call logs from tmobile, they threatened to cancel the installation. I decided to go with another company.
On time did what they were supposed to do honored the price quoted and even followed up on a minor technicality and took care of it would highly recommend! Be careful when getting estimates because some companies will not tell you all pricing and information on freon! This company did what they said the honored their price no bait and switch situation like has happened in the past with other companies! If you need air conditioning work these are the guys to go to..
Staff is not knowledgeable, I called about mobile home ducting and was told was in stock, upon arrival they didn't have it , then told I could pick item up in Harlingen, but was given wrong product, then said said they'd get right product next day , but no call back, following week then told could not get correct ducting. Very poor and unprofessional service will not be going back. And recommend people go elsewhere. What a waste of time and money.

The financing available has helped a lot and the technicians are all professional and friendly.
After I called the company from whom I had bought my central unit and a week passed and they never took 2 minutes to attend my request, I visited the TAC place, set up an in person appointment, they kept the appointment, showed up 24 hrs later and did not leave until they fixed the problem. If I need duct cleaning or ac cleaning I will call on these guys. Needless to say, I will recommend them to my friends, neighbors and whoever needs ac services.
Receptionist was rude, changed my schedule without letting me know. I had to call to find out. We have waited 5 days only for them to say they were not able to fix it until October because according to her it was "too hot" I asked to speak with owner and she called me back saying owner said if i was not ok with that to call another company. The reason i was contacting them is because my AC still has insurance for parts since I purchased it with them. Beware of this company since they do not go through with the insurance.
Excellent, fast, very professional service. Danny, the technician, was able to come sooner than scheduled appointment, which was great. My a/c is in the attic and sometimes this cause a problem, but it was not an issue for him. Really appreciate it, and will call again for next maintenance.

April 30, 2020 had to get new ac. First two times they had to show up I did receive a heads up they were on the way(multiple visits later and no heads up). The system was original so I had air ducts replaced. I documented all issues and dates they came out but the fact is I’m Very disappointed and can not recommend them. The living room and dining room have fans to cool those areas and we have a new ac unit. Also ac has been making same sounds before compressor went out June 15, so it’s a matter of time this will go out agin. Be sure to go with a company that does calls after hours any day especially the weekend.
Since I've been in Brownsville this has been my goto vendor for all my apartments. this is the only company that shows up on time, and has straight forward pricing.
