Got this ac system installed brand new and have had nothing but issues.
Just to get a quote they want to send someone, even though I just wanted to buy the unit itself
They came to check my refrigerator and they do nothing it doesn't work have the same problem. This company stinks don't call them

The A/C men were good and on time. They did a great job
DO NOT!!!! Get this so called company " " very unprofessional they scream at you and never give any actual statement of your payments and balance.
Very unprofessional I have 2 small children at home no air flow. They told me that everything was covered when I purchased the unit maintenance included, now they tell me this is not true. These are some of the worst times to go though this pandemic and they want to take advantage. No good company at all they sent a 2nd party company to come check my unit and he didn’t check anything els he said it just needed a cleaning. He didn’t connect to check anything. DONT DO IT DONT FIND YOURSELF in this situation. I will be reporting them they lied about everything,they said they cover just to sell. I’ve payed 3yr already on this unit. They find their way around everything just so they don’t have to fallow through.Over 12,000 just for one unit no docking nothing els was done just in and out unit. They don’t think I’m paying enough that’sLike paying 3 units. Now they find a way to charged for everything els.channel 4news,5news,48 new I’ll will tag them on Facebook and expose all this to my family and friends.

Quick installation. Rosendo was very informative when making the necessary recommendation. Was not told I needed additional insulation, may have been an oversight. Ismael and technicians were very helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to get me a thermostat that was compatible with my existing wifi. So far, very satisfied.

Financing was easy. Installation was as predicted (and a difficult one may I add). I'm going on 4 months and just dropping an update. I had some issues and their staff has gone above and beyond to attempt to satisfy our issues. I'm not going to lie they are human like we all are but at the end of the day they have a great staff, customer service and till now great equipment. I'll follow up in a couple of months and keep you'll updated on our experience.. I highly recommend this business.. thank you😊
Horrible service I dont recommend I'm going on 3weeks waiting for some one to fix the error that an installer did and still nothing. I've been getting promises to get the problem resolved and nothing. It's like I'm buying 3 units with the interest I'm gonna pay 10,500 for a unit that's bound to break down very soon because it was not seal properly. They installed very quicky but these people are not people you can relay on very unprofessional. I spoke to the director of the company as well with promise to resolve the sistuation and nothing. This people are not honest people and I have a good mind to call channels 4,5,48 because this is ridiculous. My bill has sky rocketed as well!Please do not see yourself in our sistuation I'm giving details so you can know what to expect if you get service with these people.
Very disappointed in there work, products and service . I got a new 4 ton unit and duct work installed and since day one been having problems .Also there promotions are not true we never received any $ back and every time I went in to ask about it they said the check was in the mail after repeated visits the manager asked me to leave or call the police. So now it's been a year and my unit is leaking fluid and ash is coming out the ducts. Anyone looking for new a/c I suggest you look somewhere else.

Not satisfied Very disappointed Been here most of last week Installation guys were very messy Finishing guys took days to come Spent most of last week and today cleaning their mess. They didn't cover anything or bring trash bags to haul off any of their mess. Most of it is still in my front yard duct board insulation wood my new ac has more days not working than working
