I appreciate this company. They have been a great company here in our rural community. They support the school district by working with the district to provide positive influence and promote growth. They recently installed my new HVAC system. In and out in a very timely manner. Quality work with a long lasting relationship between me and Loftis. Thank you!

I called on a Monday and asked for an estimate and was told the owner would be at my house on Friday. He never showed. I did receive an emailed quote on Monday but a lot of it did not apply to our situation and we had specific questions and needs. None of those were addressed. I feel like they should have let me know they were not interested in my new build.

Scott Loftis is amazing.... Dedication to customers is beyond excellent..had a new system installed 6 yrs ago. Been running flawless until this week. Called and scheduled service. I live on at the extreme limits of thier service area if not beyond. Scott came personally while on his way to a family gathering. He Had answers and a solution in less then 30 mins..all the while allowing me to ask tech questions to understand. Customer for life!!!!! (as long as they are willing to make the drive)👍

I was very impressed with Luke Loftis from the first phone call and throughout the installation process. He was professional, friendly, and fair with his pricing. He showed up personally to do the job and was here when he said he would be here. He installed a mini split heat pump in my home office and everything went very smoothly. I will not be calling anyone else in the future for my AC needs. I'm fairly new to the area but have already had an unsatisfactory experience with one of the other local AC companies. A relative told me I should try Loftis and I'm so glad she did! I value honesty, dependability and fair pricing. That is what I got from this company!
We had to have a technician out for our inside coil a week ago and were very happy with their service and fair prices. Then had to call them again at 8am on Christmas Eve because our outside unit motor was going out. They had the motor replaced and back running properly before noon, on a holiday! Nicest techs, phenomenal customer service, and so much cheaper than the company we had out 2 months ago to service the units! Highly recommend this company!

Your company came highly recommended and we discovered you have a top notch service attendant. Your response time was punctual and quick. Luke gave us straight facts on what our ac unit was doing and did not try to sell us a bill of goods that we don’t need. Which Is great considering we are retired and on a fixed income. We now have a yearly service contract with your company, at a very reasonable rate. Thank you

If I could select 0 stars, I would... I have filed with the BBB on his company as well as his personal AC Technician's license. I will also be obtaining a statement from the AC Company who inspected the units today stating what was put in our home isn't a compatible combination, that Scott's negligence in installing 2 incompatible units caused the unit to break and an estimate from the certified company for a new system. 1) I paid Scott $900.00 for the install of the inside unit 2-3 years ago and Scott said he would match the outside unit (he would find one to match), Scott also said the unit would fall under a 10 year warranty. 2) I paid Scott $1500.00 for the second install of the outside Rheems unit 1 year ago (2018) which he said would be added to the 10 year warranty. 3) Scott told Michael and I that both units were “scratch and dent” from the warehouse and that’s why he could get them at such a reduced rate which we found out today that there is no such thing. 4) Scott told Michael and I that both units were the conversion to the R410 that was “cheaper on Freon” because the old Freon was being phased out. 5) Scott took our receipts to both units and said he was going to register the warranties. Scott didn’t leave us a copy nor do we know the actual install dates. 6) Michael has made numerous calls to Scott over those 2-3 years telling him that the unit(s) we’re freezing up and that we needed it fixed. Scott told Michael to let it thaw out, clean the coil with coil cleaner, and to change the filter. 7) When Michael and I spoke to Scott a couple months ago, when the unit had finally just went out and wouldn’t work, Scott wanted to charge $400 for a service call because of how far away he lived and we refused because the units are supposed to be under warranty. Everyone got upset, Scott told me to call a local A/C company and have them look up the serial numbers to have it fixed under warranty. Now... I called a Rheems certified AC company today and had

Luke with Loftis came out to do my fall maintenance. He gave me some great advise and checked everything thoroughly. I really appreciated his honesty and I felt very comfortable with everything that he told me. I am so happy I found Loftis.
