They replaced my collapsed sewer in a few hours! Got everything fixed and flowing again! Had to wait almost a week before they could get to me! But once they got here it was fixed in no time! Excellent job guys!
They cleaned my sewer line and unclogged my tub. They were very professional and the price was great! I'll definitely use them again!
Good workmanship. And the price was right.
Called them for a clogged tub and sink drain. They cleared the tub, which was only a little slow and mentioned as an afterthought. When they got to the sink, they spent 20 minutes struggling trying to snake it before giving up and dragging my hose in from the yard. They then used the water to push the clog further into the system. The clog was now behind my bathtub, which I told them was piped in sequence. They didn't try to clear it any further, instead telling us that they would have to redo the plumbing in the bathroom altogether, then leaving and charging us more than $200. Today, HK came out and cleared the pipe in about fifteen seconds.
Came out to look at my A/C. They made it worse. It went from cooling just a little to not cooling at all. As soon as the guy left the house temperature went up. Should have just left it alone. My rating will change if they fix my A/C
These guys do good work, this is the second time I have used them. Additional 3% credit card fees is now being charged on all work which will price dis-advantage them against competitors that do the same quality work. I won’t be using their services again because of this fee.

Very unhappy with the work that was not completed they were there for an hour and half and the sewage was not unclogged. It took me to rent a drain auger"Snake" from Ace to unclog it and it only took about 5 minutes to unclog. And this is for the one star they showing up on time. Will not be conducting business with them again.
All the guys were super helpful, professional, fast, and did a great job! They came out for same-day service to fix our hot water heater, which actually needed to be replaced.
