We asked this company to come repair our dishwasher we had installed just over two years ago. They were 3 hours late for service and charged us $635 for the repair. 2 Months later and the dishwasher is clearly not level, causing it to be unable to close. For the cost of a $1000 dishwasher, I would easily choose to replace it rather than deal with this company again

After postponing our appointment a couple of times to fix my dishwasher, the technicians arrived unable to perform the repair due to an installation issue. Once remedied, they returned a few days later. They claimed that two pieces of corn caused my dishwasher not to drain. They would not guarantee their work and they had other commitments so they would not confirm that the issue was fixed. After paying them $350.00 for the removal of two kernels of corn, the technician said that "he needed to eat as well' and they were off. I ran the dishwasher and it did not drain. I called them immediately, and they would return for another service fee. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.

THE POLICE HAD TO COME TO MY HOME. The guy (the owner) they sent to my house seemed to have no interest in doing the work and just wanted the $100 service fee. While on the phone to pay it I told him to leave my house. He refused to leave my kitchen and I had to call the police. My daughter was crying. They took off shortly before the police arrived.

This was our first and last experience using Next Services. Our service window was between 12-2, they showed up a bit after 2, no problem, and they did call us, so there's a plus and it was appreciated. They quickly came in and went to work, blew a bunch of stuff out of the back of the refrigerator (we had an icemaker problem) and while I heard a vacuum cleaner come on there was literally no evidence that anything was cleaned up. There were balls of 'stuff' that was blown out of the back of our refrigerator left all over the kitchen floor, under the table that they moved but did not move back into place. These fuzz balls were not in close proximity to the refrigerator, it was clearly about 3-5 feet in all directions in our kitchen. We were charged over $200, parts figure did not add up on the invoice. $95 service charge and $49 in parts does not equal over $200. Before presenting us our invoice we asked if they could tell us if the second refrigerator (we have had it since 2006) would possibly have an ice-maker replacement but were told they didn't have time to look at that. We did not ask for a diagnostic, heck, we didn't even ask them to touch it, the fridge is so old there is nothing digital on it. This was literally a 10 foot walk, freezer door to open and a peek as to whether or not our relic of a beverage icemaker had a chance at replacement. All we asked is if they could look to see if the ice-maker was replaceable. Serviceman was condescending in his manner. With us both being in the service industry and understanding customer service, how to retain repeat business, grow new business and actually making an invoice legible we find this kind of service overall deplorable. They had a great shot with us for continued business, they came in, got to work and ultimately fixed the issue (it was a reset). For that, they deserve stars, but the rest resonated with us and likewise left a bad taste in our mouth to spend our money moving forward with these folks

We’ve used Next Service on several occasions to service our Air Conditioner and household appliances. They have been on time for each appointment, and completed necessary work for a reasonable price. We like Next Service because they are timely, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We highly recommend them for HVAC and household appliance repair/maintenance.

This was the second company that took a look at our dishwasher. The technician was thorough in explaining what was wrong. He took the time to explain the causes of the problem. He was courteous and we will definitely be contacting them again. We are truly satisfied with NEXT SERVICES.

Next Service technician was very knowledgeable as well as courteous. He located the problem and discovered that the last company I used did not do what was expected of them. He then corrected the problem and repaired all other issues for a very reasonable price. He gave me options of how he could repair the issue so I know he was very honest. Very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend. We had a nice fridge/freezer combo and the ice maker stopped working. They got it fixed next day and also serviced the unit and AC. The tech was friendly and very courteous of our home. Great company!
