My family, and I have been using this company for about 3 year's. They came very highly recommended by a very good friend with rental properties. We too have rental properties, therefore we require their services year round. They r very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We are very, very pleased with the customer service, and the prompt reply. I too highly recommend this company to anyone that may need A/C or Heating repairs or installations.

These guys did an amazing job. My heater went out during the storm. They were out in 28 degrees and rainy on top of my house so I could have heat. They were fast, friendly and had awesome teamwork. Really appreciate you guys.
I have used JL's Heating and Air since he started his business here in Big Spring. I take care of rental property and there is always problems due to the age of most of the units. Mr Love has saved my owners so much money over the years. Some of them have purchased new units. They have always arrived when they said they would. If I have had emergency call after hours and they come right over to the house. Some of my owners require two bids. JL's is always the best bid. Their workman are dependable, prompt, and get right to work. I not only use them for rentals but for my own home as well. I highly recommend JL's Heating & Air for all your repairs or to install new unit.
Very professional group of guys. Use them for any heating or air issues. Very down to earth and they shoot you straight. Very honest and dependable.
Bad experience. Wouldn’t finish job, lied for awhile then quit answering the phone all together. Use one of the other billion AC companies out there.
AWFUL. We used this company to install our AC. They did not finish the job and will not return our phone calls. We have been calling them for over a year and when they by some chance do answer, they give us an excuse and say “we will check on that,” but then will never return our calls and when we try calling again for a follow-up, they still won’t answer. Terrible customer service. Won’t even come finish the job they started! Do Not Use!
They returned my call on Monday I called them on Saturday. They were polite. I told them I found someone open in Saturday.
Capacitor went out on my A/C, I called they came out same day changed it out in no problems no hassle. Great service at a good deal...
I called them either the last week of July or the first day of august honestly can't remember. Either way I had an appointment made and I was called by Kristine and told they would have to cancel cause they had been waiting for a scissor lift I believe or a man lift. I told her that would be fine and she said "thank you for being so understanding and I will call you and let you know when we can do the job". Well I've been waiting for 10 days or more for a phone call back. I finally called today Aug 13th and she told me she remembered me and that she wasnt sure when they would be able to get to me that they had crane scheduled for thursday. I then asked her if they were going to be able to the job at all and she said she wasnt sure that she needed to talk to the owner her husband. Super frustrating! Use them dont use them I dont care. I just know i never got a chance and had to call a different company. So if you ask are they good I couldn't tell you but the person running the office is most certainly not good at her job.
James the owner was very professional. His crew arrived at the time he gave. And had our new unit installed as promised. This company was the only local company who moved his schedule around to install a new unit for us. Knowing we had been without a unit already too long in the middle of the summer. Highly recommend this local company .
My central air went out in the middle of the night. I called them the next morning and asked if they could come out and told them I had a one and two year old baby. They were at my house within an hour and had the AC fixed. The price was really good. Excellent company with excellent customer service
I called JL Air on Wednesday morning and Kristen had me scheduled for the same day!! Matt came out and fixed my AC !!! Easy, friendly, and AFFORDABLE!! THANKS!!!!!
