Communication from dispatch to technician was poor. Had water heater under warranty and wasn’t communicated to tech. Had attitude when we told him after he fixed problem. Then water bib outside they fixed was still leaking but just made fittings inside wall leak and wanted me to pay more to cut out Sheetrock. Another tech had to come out and fix leaking new water bib
Had what I needed IN STOCK!! When no one else did. Even took back the parts that I didn’t use after 30 days.

My AC hadn't worked for months and I didn't have the money to fix it. My co-worker suggested I call Youngs Plumbing. Her family had been using them for years. I did and it was fixed that day in my budget. They have a forever customer with me. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

My late husband and I used Young Plumbing many times over our lifetime in our 60+ year old Baytown home. Last week, Centerpoint's Picarro Leak Survey vehicle picked up a tiny gas leak in the underground line on our property. Centerpoint's policy required our gas to be turned off and the meter removed until the repairs could be completed. Young Plumbing's team responded almost immediately and not only fixed the underground leak, but also discovered and repaired a more serious gas leak at the water heater. Everyone representing Young Plumbing was extremely professional, patient, and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Very good work work was done. We had to wait a few weeks, which was understandable. And they did call us back to let us know that we were still on the waiting list. We were very satisfied with the workmanship.

They charged an 88yr old woman $3,000 to fix her sewer and did not tie any of the lines in also did not install hangers so all her pipes just fell down.... Not thats doing that to someone her her is very messed up.
