RUN! The tech was nice however, he spent 5 minutes to change a 40 dollar capacitor and charged my wife $416.00! (I have changed it several times over the life of the unit, but was out of town). I cant make this up! I called the office and they put me in touch with the technician, I had to ask was the price correct, he said yes sir and Im sorry I don't set these prices, you could tell he was embarrassed with a lot of guilt in his voice, I actually felt bad. He didn't even go over the pricing before he installed the capacitor. Just slapped her with the charge afterwards! This is robbery and I suggest you find a business with morals!
The technician that arrived was courteous and seemed professional. However, now we have to set the thermostat 6-8 degrees lower for the temperature we would like it to be. The problem before was we would have to set it the same amount HIGHER.

Brenda is amazing... the only reason i did not give 5 stars is because my initial experience was a ZERO ok well a one but Brenda turned it around for me. Her professionalism and empathy for my situation made me continue business with expert air. sGood job Brenda for being so invested.... i kinda wonder if you are related to the owner or have a vested interest in the well being of that company 🤔 ... thank you again!
We love this company! They are always on time or early! The workers are friendly and fantastic. Spring maintenance we got Joe Johnson. He’s been to our house multiple times for maintenance and when we had them do our total replacement for AC, he made sure everything went smooth! Always fantastic and never and issue from them. They are local and great! They also come out asap or anytime if you have an emergency!!

The Service Tech, Rik Dubuisson, was very polite and efficient. He did not seem to be in a hurry. I have used Expert Air several times and have been pleased each time.
My technician was very polite professional and informative. he inspected everything and even cleaned my my AC unit. Over all I was very satisfied with today's maintenance check.

Expert Air always does a great job. Very professional and respectful. Our technician took the time to explain how to set the thermostat for humidity control. He did a very thorough inspection of our system and gave me an update. I would highly recommend Expert Air.

AJ was amazing, very helpful and very honest, we've had him check our AC system for a couple of times and he is very professional and explains everything you need to know about your unit. This is our to go company when we have issues and they had done a great job. They also have a yearly membership that will give you discounts and they go out to do maintenance on your unit for free twice a year. It is very convenient and I highly recommend it. We've had NO complaints at all.
Navy Mike did a fantastic job servicing our AC package unit. It has never been this clean before. He was very professional and did all of the check up tests for every part of the unit. I highly recommend Expert Air and Navy Mike to do the job correctly the first time. Highly satisfied customer!
